Patlabor 2: The Movie
Now this is an Oshii film, even more than the first movie was. The light-hearted comedy that still showed up some in the first film is practically gone, the regular series cast is almost entirely sidelined aside from Gotoh and Nagumo, and there's barely anything that could be called action and even less Patlabors.
