I'm assuming this is 60fps or something because that last screen doesn't look much better than say, Metroid Hunters to be honest :( Does this have online?

Err, different scale guy. That's like saying "Oh, GTAIII looks so much worse than, say, Silent Hill 3". I mean, it's true...but you have to take the scale into consideration.

You obviously haven't seen the videos. It's not even close.

Unfortunately, no infrastructure, just ad-hoc again :(

again?

Anyway, looks pretty decent for the PSP. If you take into consideration the levels are freaking giant, I think this will be quite awesome

You DS heads need to get your eyes examined.

And grenades do? Is this FPS logic?

So meaning they need to have some sort of secondary device to help aid your 6 or 7 shot blaster kill.

Balanced weaponry is a good thing.

What? The Battlefield and SW: Battlefront series are completely worthless without online play. Why even bother to make this game if you're not going to have online play?

Did you see no online play, I didn't see no online play. It's playable on your wireless LAN. It's also trivial to tunnel on the PSP, which makes you wonder why Sony has such a tough time ;)

(Yes, I do get your completely valid point. i won't be getting it either ;) )

that's pretty impressive for a handheld, imo. but it's offline, and I'm still not convinced that you can do decent controls for these games on psp.

I think the best solution is just to allow 100% customization of controls for these types of games on PSP. That said, I agree with you. I can't imagine a control scheme that is even half-way decent, so I'd prefer that they didn't come to PSP.

EDIT: That's just stupid. Do we use the Force to pull out the pin? I hate Star Wars.

All right, I'll spell it out for you, idiot.

Why does having laser rifles get rid of the need for grenades?

Laser guns shoot in a straight line. You would use a laser rifle much the same as you would use a conventional rifle, to shoot at specific targets.

Grenades are still useful in that you throw them around corners, over/behind defensive positions, to take out multiple enemies, etc.

Therefore, just because Star Wars "has lasers" does not remove the tactical benefits of grenades, therefore your comment was retarded.

I'm not going to debate with you the tactical merit of Star Wars weapons.

Still, that the screen flashes "GRENADE!" while you're being shot at with LASERS is hilarious to me. Since when was Star Wars like Call of Duty?

Your argument is retarded.

Why can't their be lasers and grenades? Do they conflict each other somehow?

have metroid vaste open areas? ships, tanks, anda lot of enemies on screen at once?
What's it matter, the comparison's stupid regardless. But what's even stupider is using the E3 2004 build of Prime Hunters to represent it's visuals.
