Star wars characters like Han don't belong to any alliance, sith or jedi and "bode" was in jedi survivor who had his moment.

Star wars outlaws' main thing is it's freedom, vibe and attitude. I think people are thinking too hard about the main character, they may not be a light saber wielding hero but you can make the argument that jedi and sith have been exhausted.
