Star Wars Outlaws runs "pretty poorly" on the Switch 2 [Update] GWG: "I was wrong"

Almost feels like the old days when a company would release a game that really wasn't designed for that particular hardware but, with much effort and skill, release it and it turns into a really top quality showcase for the hardware.

I played and finished this on PS5 Pro last year after the update and really enjoyed it.

Well, tbf that's only your standard, some PC gamers have higher standards and PS5 or Pro aren't able to reach them, others are ok with 30 fps, etc. I mean, there's people that feel no need to buy anything but a Switch or Switch 2 and that's also ok, I knew a few exclusive Switch users in the past years

30fps is the one level that makes me notice this isn't that smooth in motion. Playing death stranding on PS4 you could tell it was a beautiful game but you had to stop to appreciate it. The PS5 version at 60fps you could soak it all in even in motion.

So somebody posting that they had played this game on the PS5 Pro. Which has totally nothing to contribute to the thread is fine. But then when somebody points this out it's wrong... and is somehow Switch 2 defence.

And to be fair the guy was not suspended for this. He complained when a thread he created got shut down.

On the ps5 never mind the pro I've not played a single game at 30fps. Last gen called and wants it's resolution back. I guess Nintendo fans are used to being a generation behind.

Why are you in this thread? No one is talking about the PS5 version, no one is comparing this to the PS5 version. If there are comparisons it's to the series S for consoles and other handhelds for reasons that should be obvious. Yet here you are bringing nothing to this conversation. You know on PC I can get 120fps or more with far better ray tracing. But what does that have to do with eggs in China?

I would rather take his word than a troll simply baiting. As he obviously... Owns multiple platforms just like yourself. The fact you do not see a lot of this as obvious trolling...Is far more concerning lol.. And to be honest it's sad so many on here are so salty.

You have to make compromises on PS5 to get 60 fps, so there you have a compromise many aren't willing to make, all consoles are budget gaming, some of you should stop using PS5 hardware to shit on Nintendo because it's not as powerful you think it is
