It didn't really show anything particularly interesting to me. Felt like another teaser, a series of random scenes one after another, I don't see anything worth getting hyped over. I'm honestly reminded of the Crystal Skulls trailer in that it was propelled by heavy doses of nostalgia and music from the old movies. Everyone thought that thing looked great too.

It's obvious that the one narrating is Luke and of course the shots that appear as he speaks go with what he's saying.

-My father has it- and they show Vader's helmet.
-I have it- A hooded person is shown with R2 (obviously Luke because of the robotic hand).
-My sister has it- Here my guess is that it's a flashback of Luke handing a light saber to Leia before he departs.

And then he says "and you have that power too" the question is, who is he talking to? maybe Rey or Finn or maybe even the bad guy, but from what Luke's saying "my family" it makes me think the person he's talking to is related to him.

Anyway I loved the teaser and hope we can get a longer and proper trailer when Avengers premiers.

The easiest way to make someone sound younger is by adjusting the pitch of their voice in post production. Hamill's voice is so far gone though that they probably hired an impersonator, if those are indeed new lines spoken by a Young Luke.
