not yet, checked it some minutes ago and only the soundtrack is available. Maybe you have to wait the next 6+ hours for it.

Just picked it up, 15 bucks is an okay price and it's cool that the soundtrack is thrown in for free.

That soundtrack file is MASSIVE.

No I believe they said, that humble would send out the keys with the steam release. Which is still over 6 hours away.

As far as I'm aware, there are no "rooms", its still pretty much like Terraria in terms of connecting to others in MP: someone hosts/starts a server, and has to provide the IP address, ports, and maybe password to connect.

Since the latest patch with Terraria I never had issues...I could host..my friend in UK could host...friend in Singapore could host.

Well, they wanted to improve the netcode.
And they did mention something about using Steam to find rooms.

But from what I've heard in some of the recent streams, at least for right now, you need to know the IP address and info of the server you're connecting to. We'll see if what they mentioned before is also in, but for right now, assume its like Terraria.

You can play alone offline, or you can join someone's server if you know the IP address.

I'm not sure, I don't like any of the available races.
Novakids are probably the weirdest but they aren't in for beta if I'm not mistaken.

Floran mayhaps, based solely on their look.
I made an autumn-themed one in the character generator and didn't looked too bad.
