Just a space simple ship on a regular starry night....the lighting is amazing in this game.
no, side quest I think.Did you build that?
no, side quest I think.
I've been playing the Akila missions and I ended up becoming a Ranger. The dialogue options are just too good. Like straight up 80's action movie lines. Too funny. By this point they have to be aware they hired a psychopath who watched too many Clint Eastwood movies.
Yep, i'm always in Awe when the Concept Designers of games make such awesome designs. It's a cool looking ship.

The whole design in Starfield feels coherent and looks just awesome.
yep, it makes the entire world feel more relatable from our point of view. It feels like it's "only a few years" removed from our present day. You can get a sense for how the spaceship fits together.Really does. Looks good but not some flashy Buck Rogers shit. Kind of an industrial feel which works perfect for the overall design language of the game.
Yeah I’ve done a couple more and no plan to rush it. I’m doing this like when I play Skyrim. If I reach the end, cool, if I get stuck just exploring and doing other stuff, also cool. There is so much to see and so much to do.I have 20 hours in and I think I've done maybe 3-4 main story quest and I'm good with that.
I bet it works great for shotgun users, or riffle users. Pistol sucks in third person with the constant tapping. I bet just holding down the fire trigger works well in third person.Nah, I don’t like it on mouse all that much either.. I think it’s just personal preference, and maybe it’s more situational. I do like how easy it is to switch views tho..
I believe that kanjobazooie would be able to answer this question.I see all your guys photos in third person, and I’ve tried and tried, but I just can’t get it to feel right. Maybe it works better with a mouse.
Is there anything i can do about increasing carrying capacity besides upgrading skills? Its been very annoying so far.
How do I steal other ships? i'm about to jump in and haven't even come across the ability to yet. Am i doing something wrong?
Does crafting take into account what’s in your cargo hold or just what your carrying?
Yes it does, i tested this last night.Does crafting take into account what’s in your cargo hold or just what your carrying?
Buy the aiming perk at the extreme right of the menu, then wait for the lock on and fire at their engines with the precision aiming you unlocked, when they stop moving there is gonna be a prompt on screen to enter their ship. How do I steal other ships? i'm about to jump in and haven't even come across the ability to yet. I know I can’t walk down to my local shops without weaving through old women burning dogs and people getting fucked lolDoes anything dynamic ever happen in the cities?
Like npcs fighting, npcs stealing and getting chased by police, etc.??
Because for now i haven't seen a single dynamic event with npcs involved, just everyone walking aimlessly and sometimes starting a discussion.
Where is my old woman burning a dog or thief getting fucked by guards? The world feel so fake and bland for now.
I know right?!I know I can’t walk down to my local shops without weaving through old women burning dogs and people getting fucked lol
My real problem is old women kissing my dog when we take him for a walk … he seems to have a way with older ladiesI know right?!
At least burn cats since they are inferior to dogs, do fucking something
Traitor. I hope you're not skipping on looting every single box, chest, fridge, ship too.Started just doing the main quest so I can start again in NG+. Ignoring quests and activities is really testing my OCD.
thats interesting takePeople are free to play
Where do you see if your level is high enough to do that mission?Just did the Mantis mission, and OMG, I was already loving the game, but now this has become TOP TIER! Please tell me there are more missions like this?!
Video game writer and content creator Alanah Pearce set out to prove that it’s possible to travel from planet to planet without fast travel, leading her to fly for 7 hours straight before she ultimately arrived on Pluto.
...unless you have a shielded cargo hold.Buy the aiming perk at the extreme right of the menu, then wait for the lock on and fire at their engines with the precision aiming you unlocked, when they stop moving there is gonna be a prompt on screen to enter their ship.
Be aware, the pirates have contraband stuff on their ship, if you don't take care of it they are scan your ass and jail you when you enter any system.
So the jetpack is useless unless you max out the skill or what? I tried both the base one and the heavy one that just make you do a tall ass jump.
I have the perk already at level 2 and this fucking thing can't fly for more than 1,5 seconds? It feels completely useless for combat and barely useful for exploration, i feel like i wasted 2 skill points on this thing...
And since you always have to press triangle multiple times to have a bit of flying time you can't even use the right stick to aim, the game need a controller with back buttons to fly and shoot since the aerial time is so fucking low.
Even elex had a better feeling jetpack.
So until i find mods for jetpacks or a low g planet this thing is gonna be useless? You need to mod it if you want to use it like that in high G environment. In low G, even unmoded with skill at level 1 will make you fly away.
That only has 55% of chance of success, tried yesterday with the ship i stole, maybe you can improve that stat....unless you have a shielded cargo hold.

Meh, there is a way to respec perks?
I don't really like crafting (or modding) in any game, i like to find loot via exploration and combat (when possible)I’m not sure if you can respec. It’s a Bethesda game, always invest in crafting perks!

I haven't looked into it, do you need a perk to do even basic modding of weapons or jetpacks? Or is it like lockpickimg that let you do basic stuff without a perk?
Yeah i play this way usually, but the jetpack is really useless without mods.If you don’t like crafting then seriously don’t bother. You can loot guns and equipment with mods already installed, so just kill and and explore until you find what you need.

Onestly, i'm not gonna bother with contraband, it seems like a way to break the economy in the game even faster and the whole inventory management between ships is a nightmare already with only 2 ships.
I'm just gonna hunt pirates to get better ship since i'm not interested in building one.
I started that one but they seems like a very boring faction with boring character, not sure if i wanna lock my balls with them. You can get very decent ships as a reward for certain mission lines, eg. the ranger mission line.
Depends on gravity on planet. On low gravity moon you can basically fly through map (and if you jump from sprint you will keep speed for some time without wasting oxygen)So the jetpack is useless unless you max out the skill or what? I tried both the base one and the heavy one that just make you do a tall ass jump.
