Reason to get a PC: Buy a gpu catered to your budget. Adjust graphics to your liking. Mods. Games are hella cheap. No pay to play online. Way more exclusives than you think. Hentai games >_>
Reason to get an Xbox: Games go on sale for cheaper than in the PS store. More teraflops. It has an IR thingy so you can use a remote. Backwards Compatiblity. Gamepass. Phil Spencer comes to your house and bangs your wife so you have time to game.
You must be playing some old ass games if the menu isnt supported with a controller along with games crashing. Time to upgrade from Vista.

Indeed I am, but online only. We very few INFJ people don't like interaction in real life with people and strangers. With family it's fine. I've always been very shy. Although it seems very pointless to tell you this as you all just keep going haha he's lying or hahaha he's just faking it. You really think so? You know I use to go on and on forever and ever about this. But in my 20s I finally learned that it really doesn't matter. The only thing that really does matter is what I know and not what you think. And you reply back or maybe not reply back your own way and try to make it different. Most of the time in life I already know the future and how others are going to respond when I respond with my own reply like this one. INFJs like myself are known as self proclaimed psychologists. We understand people more than most others understand themselves. But no freaking duh once again I'm not a psychologist. But it's also a joke but true that when we INFJs go to psychologists we often times turn it against the psychologist because we can see where there going as there trying to get into ourselves. Finally a quality question of the matter at hand. Yes I did indeed buy the same games over like 20 years or so. It's like why, so stupid of me to do so but I did of course. I was always like but I want it again, I love this game and the graphics will be better on PC, or it's a remake, or it's a re done version with same graphics and just runs better. But yeah it was pretty stupid to do so in the first place. Which is why I made this post.

I play mostly on Xbox. I like the controller the best and gamepass is nice. I never have any problems,
But everything comes to pc eventually, either through a storefront or emulation.
If you really want to build a library, pc is the place to do it. Just hook your pc up to your tv and run steam in big picture mode and use the Xbox controller app for games that don’t natively support it, or buy a steam controller for cheap off of eBay.

Going to the gas station to buy some pop? Is that street slang for hard drug use like crack, as in crack cocaine? That could be dangerous cause when you go home to play a racing game you're ultra hyped up and have the windscreen wipers set on double speed in heavy rain conditions. It gives you such an adrenaline rush your body shuts down and you might pass out from the stress.

I mean feel free to have a preference, but I think some of these reasons are kinda weak, and usually it's just lack of knowledge than an objective problem.
The majority of PC games without controller support are games that don't typically function well with a gamepad (various strategy and sim games), and menus are pretty much a solved problem with Steam input Desktop layout that lets you switch between using it as a mouse or as it normally functions. The next Steam Controller if it mimics the Steam Deck will make this even easier.
Every piece of MacOS software you listed has not only a Windows equivalent, but nearly every app these OS makers produce is destroyed by a dedicated third-party app maker. Apple is only good for certain handfuls of software integration across different Apple device types (ex: unlocking Macbook with an Apple Watch).
The boring part of computer OSs now is they're all more stable, more flexible, more powerful, and overall better than they used to be, with a 95% identical feature set. Viruses and malware just aren't the issue they used to be, using just vanilla Windows Defender, and are usually the result of nieve internet use that only effects Windows more because people that scam target the largest user pool.
You buy consoles for simplicity and single-SKU hardware stability, and PCs for customization and flexibility being multi-purpose devices. We've just seen PC and console steal features from each other, all use less custom AMD/Intel/Nvidia hardware, and over time their bigger distinctions will be what form factor + ecosystem does a person want. They're all heading towards just being computer appliances otherwise.
