They turned off showing cd key on launch, which is a necessity for GFWL games.

From what I can tell, they also completely removed where the CD Key was previously stored. If they remove the key, then Securom's registry entry cannot reference it properly for activation limits. Need a little more evidence on this one.

Can Capcom dump GFWL so I can play Lost Planet 2 on 8.1 :/ Every other game in existence at least launches and only Metro Last Light seems to have any actual issues.

I've tried everything but the game will just not open, as soon as I pick a direct x version in the launcher it shuts. So bizarre and frustrating. Friends with Windows 8 can play the game fine, is just 8.1. Have no clue what the issue could be.

A stealth updated being picked up by the larger gaming websites (RPS being the big one on the PC-exclusive side) would render a formal announcement redundant, anyway.

I have them all, but I feel like that is a tad pricey as all of those could be had for less than $24.99 in the summer sale. Or maybe exactly $24.99 since Runner 2 was over 10.

Arkham Asylum and Arkham City have the exact same similar Beta entries.

An update done to one, is always later applied to another. Historically, its seems that they have updated one beta, tested the results for 24 hours, then updated the beta entry in another game.

Bioshock 2 has similar beta entries and is being QA's by the same firm.
