My first giveaway, hope people can enjoy these games!

JaseC

gave away the keys to the kingdom.
I saw this asked earlier but no response was made,

Does anyone know how groupees handles gift purchases (specifically the current build a bundle). If you gift it to yourself and redeem it will you have access to the individual keys?

Yes, but why not just buy the bundle for yourself again?

Groupees has individual keys for the games when you buy them yourself so I assume you would also have individual keys in gifts.

Just finished Killer is Dead.

+Stylish..but not overbearing
+Missions are brief and well-paced
+The fanservice is silly and fairly rewarding (yeah it's optional but you're missing out on very useful weapons by ignoring it)
+Combat mechanics are very solid
+Not DMC deep, but there's a lot of good ideas and strategy + quick reflexes are way useful
+It is very satisfying dodging attacks and murdering the shit out of things
+Decent bosses

-Some frustrating side-content(Scarlett's place...ughh)
-Dream missions are slooowww
-Normal is a bit too easy once you get the healing upgrades (Thankfully the difficulty can be changed before every mission)

All in all this is a damn good title and totally worth the cash.

That does look pretty. That short video reminded me of the first city/hub in KH. Does the game have any combat?

From what I've played the combat is just a mini game where you jump on an enemy and press the correct buttons to pluck flowers, usually the story asks you to collect those flowers to unlock areas and such. Central focus is just running around exploring for items and collectibles.

Little Bid Adventure from Groupees bundle was just dosbox+game pack, nothing interesting (like lba_win, android port or something else), meh.

I did a quick search and the PC version got two not so great reviews.

"Lili: Child of Geos is an absolutely gorgeous game with little on offer beyond its imaginative world and whimsical writing. The gameplay might work well on mobile devices, but seems far too shallow for most PC players. It’s a shame that the gameplay is so mindless because everything else about the experience is pretty capable. Unless you’re an obsessive achievement hunter, Lili: Child of Geos will only take 2 to 3 hours to beat as well. If you’re still intrigued by Lili, go with the far less expensive iOS version and enjoy its repetitive play in short bursts."

1.5 out of 5. Ouch.

Really a shame, because the art style got something going for it.

Phew, finally finished all that idling. Now my computer can sleep well tonight.

So... What... What do I do now?

Well now comes the fun part, you decide to sell or craft those cards. There appears to be a downturn in crafting due to sales offering incentive to by giving event cards for each badge crafted. Which also could mean that now the card market prices are lower due to lesser demand so unless you want to clear your inventory fast you might be waiting a bit longer to sell certain cards at certain prices. Either way the real question is do you become a Baller or a Badger?

Well you have to think that $1 is probably the same price as the iOS version. So you have to consider the price if the review says to go with the less expensive version.

Yeah, it's definitely a pretty simplistic game, but if you're in the mood for just running around collecting stuff and looking at pretty environments, i think it's not so bad for its current price.

It's 19.99 on Steam and 2.99 on iOS. At least for me.

Get it on groupees with another game :p

What was actually censored in Saints Row IV? I can't remember anything particularly crass or disturbing, well not by the series standards at least. I seem to recall the Australian version didn't have the alien tentacle probe bat thing. You know because having that in the game might instigate copycat acts when the Aussie Yoofs go around probing one another.

They removed the mission with Shaundi
where you smoke 'crack' out of a lightbulb and get a new superpower.

Waifu love-bats are still included though.

The Aussie version lacks the anal probe weapon as well as the mission that ends with one of the characters smoking some sort of alien weed that grants superpowers. The AU version of the game is actually incompatible with the others as the latter cut came very late into development.

Ah right that makes sense with how your government sees these things. Takes me back to the '90's when every arcade cabinet had a big old FBI warning even it it was outside of the US. I mean how long is it before all games in Australia display this splash screen before you start a game.

After my NBA Jam addiction of '93 this image is burned into my mind!

Quite a lot of people expected the introduction of the R18+ rating for games to change things, but the problem exists at a much lower level -- the ratings board still has a stick up its arse about sexual violence and drug incentivisation as it's chiefly composed of men and women who are 40+.

Edit: Does anybody here want to split a copy of GoD Factory ($6.03 each)? The page doesn't clarify whether or not the gift copy also comes with the pre-purchase fluff, however judging from the fact that both the main sub and gift sub have two apps in addition to the game itself, it seems quite likely that it does. Edit: Sorted.

Nope.

History
Nine Dots Studio Inc. is a company located in Québec city. Our founder, Guillaume Boucher-Vidal, incorporated the company in February 2011. We appealed to the community for funding through the crowdfunding website RocketHub.com and successfully met our goal of 15000$ (Thanks again to all our contributors!). We’ve published our pilot project, Brand, in February 2012 on Xbox Live Indie Games and released the game on PC in May 2012. Our intent with this game was to complete a first project and learn as much as we could to prepare us for the future. We’re currently working on GoD Factory, an ambitious new project.

Edit:
I don't think so. The payment methods are PayPal, Amazon Payments, Google Wallet, and Bitcoin.

You can pay with a CC/DC via the PayPal portal without needing to sign in, unlike Amazon and Google.

There's already a Gold Edition (at least on Steam). I believe the only thing it doesn't include are the timesaver packs.

I doubt it. 3 didn't get one.

Yeah, NA and SA stores have a Gold Edition that includes the Season Pass, but it's been available since the pre-purchase period.
