So I am new to PC gaming and I am looking for gaming recommendations. The specific ones I want to try are horror and survival horrors that were only released on PC. Any games worth playing ?
I use LastPass. Subscribers can use a desktop program to auto-fill login fields in certain software, but it's painless to just copy the password from your vault, which is easily accessed through the browser extension or LastPass Pocket.

dead space series for sure, SOMA, and outlast, also as known as jumpscare simulator. for multiplayer you could either choose dead by daylight or friday the 13th, basically the same thing.

Anyway, I have started up Disgaea. Wow does that game throw a lot of mechanics at you very quickly. How many characters am I allowed to bring on the battlefield at once? I created 3 and figured they would replace the 3 prinnies but it let me put all 8 on. Also, should I create monster characters? At least from the tutorial it seemed that you are limited in upgrading monster characters vs. "human" characters.
It certainly has that effect.

The thing I wanted to undo the most was
getting Victoria killed, but that got undone anyway. I also felt a little bad for Nathan getting killed (he did really horrible things but he didn't deserve to get offed like that by Jefferson) but there's no way to avoid that.
I wouldn't know what to say in a LTTP thread either. I'm still sort of digesting it

Mm yeah I realized I will probably go with LastPass also, online synch just is too nice, but will also use Keepass as a general backup.
Speaking of passwords, if I change password on Steam do I get a timeout in the marketplace? Thinking about chaging passwords across the board where ever I can, to something super hard generated by a password manager. I think I still have passwords in use that are nearing two decades old.XD

That keyboard looks pretty nice. I like that it can charge devices. It's annoying to plug some things in my keyboard like controllers and they don't get enough power to work so I have to plug into the tower.

I didn't realise what you meant until I looked over that Patreon list, which I kinda didn't read when I was skimming through. Now everything makes sense.
Battlefield 1 campaign is rather disappointing, I like the idea of providing individual character's stories, but I don't like the idea of facing two campaigns on a tank or a plane with a minimum amount of shooting. Also some campaign are just too long (even if they are all pretty much short) and repetitive.

I was totally depressed for several days after the ending too, lol.
The thing I disliked about the endings was that there was one that the team clearly put the most production into. It makes it seem like the devs have a "canon" ending.
Where FF14 really shines is it's difficulty, which most people prefer not to touch since they make the stuff so damn hard. lol
It's insanely satisfying to coordinate perfectly with a team and work together towards a seemingly insurmountable goal, guess that's why I like co-op games a lot.

That's not unusual. If there's a sequel, they'll have to choose one to go with. It's open ended, pardon the phrase, until such time as those characters are revisted

So yesterday I loaded my Steam wallet with a fair bit of money (relatively speaking) and decided to buy a couple of games out of a list of about six or so that I had been mulling over for a while. But when I started thinking about it, I realized that all the games on the list were there for the wrong reasons (such as having a good pre-order bonus, an expiring discount, an imminent price hike or something that I think might be removed from Steam at some point). Not one of the games actually fell into the category of me wanting to play the game soon or even really wanting to own it in my library. So, one by one I talked myself out of buying any of the games and now I have all this money sitting in my wallet.
Now you're thinking wow, this guy is a dumbass. But it doesn't stop there!
I had four PUBG crates in my inventory which I was holding on to sell when I get market access back in a couple of days. So of course, I went ahead and bought four keys to open them. Opened two and got the exact same worthless item in both of them before I came to my senses and stopped.
So not only did I prematurely fill up the wallet with money like a twit, I then proceeded to waste some of it on gambling when I know full well that the odds are always stacked against me.
I shall now wear my dunce cap for the rest of the weekend.

I know how you feel. I usually have the shittiest luck when it comes to RNG gambling and crate bullshit. But this past few days I've been very lucky. Opened up a golden Lich King in the new Hearthstone expansion along with several DK cards while avoiding all the terrible legendaries. Also summoned Summer Corrin, Ninian and Julia in Fire Emblem heroes despite only wasting like 60 orbs.
Don't stress yourself over it. Sometimes its on your side sometimes its not.
New designs are great. Copy pasting the old designs would've been pretty lame.
First episode is tonight so I stall watch itGo watch the new Ducktales people, it's fucking amazing

I enjoyed Ducktales as a kid, but I don't really remember it much anymore. The new designs look pretty swell, though, and the voice cast is promising, soooooo... I'll give it a shot someday. Probably. Maybe. Dunno. *adds it to massive backlog of tv shows, movies, books, and vidja games*

As someone that loves the Duck Universe but wasn't too hot on the original Ducktales, I heartily recommend the new series.
