Adventure Time: Secret of the Namless Kingdom:

This game is A Link to the Past from SNES. Give someone the Adventure Time license and tell them to clone / pay homage to that game, and this is that. Not really much more to say, other than they nailed it. If that sounds like fun to you, or you're a big Adventure Time fan, you'd enjoy it.
Interest piqued.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Doesn't seem to go past the "Waiting for Five Element Ninja's broadcast to start", with an occasional "Waiting for Five Element Ninja to reconnect to Steam".

Good to know. Thanks both for doing this. For science, and stuff.

Europe again for the next AssCreed?
Geez with all those sequels to AC2, Unity, and and now London they kinda blur together from afar. Like everyone else I want japan, china, some sort of asian culture. Something to really change things apart like AC3 tried to do. Regardless of that games quality.

Alright Ass Creed fans (all 5 of you in here) let me give you some ideas of what was kicking around central London towards the end of the 19th century in terms of landmarks and what are plucky assassin could be up to.

There's Trafalgar Square with Nelsons Column being an obvious candidate for a viewpoint, Westminster Abbey and St Paul's Cathedral two of the prominent places of worship and architecture of the time, the Palace of Westminster and the Bell Tower (Big Ben is the bell not the tower) where the House of Commons and House of Lords meet, Hyde Park which housed The Crystal Palace held a lot of the exhibitions and industry marvels of the era (plenty of potential candidates to take up Da Vinci's role as the gadgets and innovation man) plus a little to the east is the Royal Albert Hall, and then there's Tower Bridge and across the Thames the Tower of London which could involve a whole host of possibilities from heists, break ins or break out. Plus White Chapel is just a little further down the road where the Jack The Ripper serial killings took place towards the end of the century.

And that's just off the top of my head but that's all pretty much smack bang in the centre in a space that would easily populate an Ass Creed game.

I like beach but I really wouldn't recommend it to someone who watches anime on and off.
Shows with that many episodes just aren't worth the effort especially when there's so much filler. There was a episode about making a cake or some shit for a spirit.

Stick to the routine 26 episode only stuff or the ones that don't get crazy with their seasons.
Something like Cowboy Bebop for example. Which is the go to "you should watch that" anime.

-------

I didn't have Sonic Generations or Vikings.
So to the 3.50 the bundle cost me worked out.

Actually, never watched Cowboy Bebop properly, but I used to watch bits with a friend and got seriously hooked on the music by Yoko Kanno and the Seatbelts. Managed to grab every album, so may have ruined part of the experience there, but I'll definitely have to get round to watching that!

Mainly because Ubi is the last company at this point I really see making those scenarios as interesting as we would imagine them.

For future reference, there's a ModBot option that reposts giveaways automatically when there's an hour left (and also when there's 12 hours left for a 24-hour raffle).

I wonder how valve is going to handle the NSFW content in games, especially in games like Witcher that include the NSFW content in the base game.

Umh, no. I know it because she was playing Rising, I want check this feature and it gave me that message, so I asked what OS she's using.

I'm somewhat confused by this reply. I was referring to the he/she usage.

Does it matter either way?

Well I need to know who to send pictures to
Not particularly, but I like to be be aware of the jokes going around so I don't look foolish later on by referring to someone via the wrong gender.

Yuru Yuri ?

You have my interest Chariot.
It is exactly as the title suggests: very light yuri. In the end it's a comedy without any serious plot and light yuri undertones. No boys. Only fun.

Honestly, I just haven't had the chance to really watch anime. A friend pushed me to watch death note, which I loved, and I've been recommended things like bleach, but just never really known where to start with them
What monsters would recommend Bleach? It's a tedious battle shounen manga. I would call it down right bad. If you want a few general recommendations by yours truly watch Ghost in the Shell [Cyberpunk, Matrix was influenced by this], Guardian of the Spirit [Fantasy in a chinese setting] and Black Lagoon (pure action and badassery, set in the east asian sea with modern pirates and mercenaries). But if you have favorite genres I can give you personalized ones.
yeah i don't know what the issue is

i was gonna stream myself getting freaked out in brighstone cove tseldora but alas...

Ah, I see. I figure it's just easier to refer to everyone as "he". That way the person in question will just correct you if you're mistaken.

I appreciate the write up but this is how Interesting I find all of that.

Mainly because Ubi is the last company at this point I really see making those scenarios as interesting as we would imagine them.

I can't remember where I read it but I think it was an interview with Game Informer where a senior brand producer for Ass Creed (yeah that's a thing) mentioned the selection process for the setting of one of the games. It sounded a little back to front like picking the city first then trying to work out the most suitable era from that and then try and craft a story around those two factors. When you look at the first it was finding an event in history and build the blocks around that. II felt like it was kind of in between this as much as the Italian Renaissance and the Borgia family in particular had a colourful history none of this was really capitalised on.

Still I really dig playing alternative history Batman in a new location every year, not everyone's cup of tea I know but it's the only series that gives me that buzz.

Huh. Found out what that 'broken' game with no name, store link or icon on my wishlist was: tabletop simulator.
No idea how or why it got broken, tho.

Dunno if Dr. Dogg's located in or around London himself, but I do have to say that exploring a game designer's take on the places you personally know can add to the appeal of a game, at least for me. (Since I'm from the East Coast, wandering around the bombed-out ruins of DC and the surrounding area and finding places I recognized was really neat. I was particularly amused by how Annandale had become "Andale", the
cannibal town
.)

I was excited when I saw Planetary Annihilation on sale earlier. My best friend and I use to have epic sessions, instant purchase for both of us. It is so good man, just a new TA really with some added dimension. But my buddy has a new GF who is monopolizing his time. :(

I tried to play on-line and got straight wrecked.

Edit: Gurren Lagan, Full Metal Alchimist, Trigun. I'll keep adding as I remember.
Death Note.
Gantz, Darker than Black.

Not liking anyone for liking AC, but I would think at this point they would go for something that would build talk a bit more. The majority of that thread is "oh great" just like the AC Unity reveal was. Though the way games are planned out in advance makes me wonder what they have up their sleeves. I see them making a big change soon to the series in terms of setting soon.

Oddly enough can't say the same for me.
To me it's just another digital playground when it comes down to it, unless absolute care and work is put into it. Which I haven't really noticed in any game I have played.

Because people are not very inclined to watch anything if you throw too many options at them. I also wait, if he have preferences that I could feed.
