now i do.
did you know i got a foil from voting today and two foils from crafting. all in the last week?
only gave me all 1,50

Yeah, I've mainly stuck to buying games that are $4 or less on Steam (excluding some gifts I've sent via Steam). I've also bought stuff from other stores, like GMG. But mostly Nuuvem.

Not being online on Steam Friends will prevent achievements from unlocking in games that don't support offline achievements.
So what's the region lock situation with Nuuvem and likes nowadays? I used to know how it went but not anymore with the change. Would Talos Principle for example be region locked?
It didn't change. What Valve implemented doesn't affect retail keys, only subs that people purchase from the Steam Store itself, which is why pre-existing gifts were left alone. You'll want to avoid these games, unless it's been confirmed that the keys Nuuvem is supplying for a given game aren't tied to one of the subs, otherwise everything else is fine (yada yada some keys require a VPN, the use of which is technically against the SSA, but historically Valve hasn't cared about people using one to activate keys/unlock games early yada yada).

So with Nuuvem I can use adding "?cc=br" to the store link to get accurate results about whether the game is region locked or not, correct?
Actually testing it out now it seems ?cc=br doesn't give results like ?cc=ru does. Would that mean they're not actually region locked at all?

No; for the most part, keys given to third-party retailers are tied to retail-specific subs. See my edit for a list of games to be wary about.

I could get the 750 but then i thought about it, I won't be upgrading my 970 for a loooong time and when I do it'll be time to get a new processor which means new motherboard and all that corny shit so i might as well get a power supply when that time comes around and leave my old gpu and shit for a smaller pc that I can connect to my tv for xbmc and streaming games with the steam thing.
this one good or nah? i went with that one since thats the same brand on my computer and it has never given me any issues(i got 430w version)

The steam sale has been kinda weak in my opinion but Im going to make sure to pick this bad boy up. The soundtrack was awesome, the tagging mechanics were okay, and the brawling was ehh.

I played through it using my wired 360 controller and thought it matched my experience on the Sega Dreamcast quite well.
Yeah, it's a pretty good port.
My mostly unsorted wishlist is ridiculous in comparison.

Yeah that ones great, I have a Corsair 750w that's been going strong for almost 4 years, and the two other PC's I've built have both had Corsairs, and they've had no problems either.

The port is alright, but it's still the first Jet Set Radio (i.e. wonky controls, weird camera issues, etc.).
I got it to support Sega into hopefully porting JSRF, but unless you're a superfan I'd skip it. Without strong nostalgia goggles on, the controls don't hold up at all, and really kill the experience.
Yup. It's pretty short, but it is fun.
I don't really understand what happened to them. It's a decent game if you liked SupCom, a bit one-note with the asteroid bombing, but really fun competitively.
