Heads-up, the Steam major design and feature update has to be REALLY close. There was some HUGE changes to the developer inner workings for Steam in the last couple days, they finally updated some things, added some new features, and changed the whole look of it to a new design. And this change was done somewhere in the last 48 hours as that was the last time I had checked the inner developer store pages for Steam before just now.
I can't say much more without breaking contract, but I would guess the major Steam Store update is really close.

Being able to disable those notifications without having to take out all other notifications as collateral damage would be swell too. Please tell me if we will finally get an optional unlock achievement sound (without having to resort to third party tools)?

Battletech is coming too. Why stick to piloting only one mech, when you can command the whole lance? =)
With the overwhelming success at the crowd-funding campaign, the stretch goals for both a new character, "Shark Girl" and a new Arcana, "Paracelsia" have been achieved and will be introduced into the game at a later date! *Will be implemented as a paid DLC for the new character.
Yeah, I noticed. In my older browser of preference 'search as you type' no longer works and owned games are not highlighted, bunch of bull.Heads-up, the Steam major design and feature update has to be REALLY close. They relaunched like 3 different times didn't they? I remember you had to sign up through their site to play the game, then it came to steam. Then it disappeared and it was early access when it came back right? I remember hearing tons of negative things about it since it was super pay 2 win, otherwise you grind for a long time to get new robots.
Wait, there will be paid character dlcs in the future?
Yeah if the game manages to sell well over time they'll be able to put the funds towards getting any new characters created as future DLC.

Errrr... No. Combat is nothing like SoulsBorne, Nioh's level design is very average (even Dark Souls 2 beats it), and you're going to spend a lot of time crafting items and hunting for loot-drops. Not an exaggeration to say it's a third person Diablo game with beat 'em up elements.
Fixed that for you
Seriously, everyone going "yeyyyyyy it looks/sounds like SoulsBorne", is doing what I did, and I've literally never been more disappointed in a game than I have been with Nioh. Go into it expecting the exploration, lore and combat of SoulsBorne, and you'll hate it. Go into it expecting Diablo mixed with Nier: Automata style combat, though, and I'm sure you'll love it.
(I have it on PS4.)

I really don't recommend going in expecting souls combat as you will be..uh..not in the right mindset.

well from what i understood Six Stars is just a "extended editon" in a vain of GG Revelator 2 to Reelator (not proto-sequel Revelator was to Sign)theres already an Arcana Hearts 3 game on steam that you can check out.
Nioh has the best combat system in any action RPG ever. Gameplay is not very Souls-like, yes, as it's mission-based. But the combat is similar enough but with more depth.
Still my GOTY alongside Divinity OS2. I'm still not sure what should I pick as the #1. PC port quality might alter it a bit in favor of Nioh.
The combat is objectively a hundred times closer to Souls than to Nier: Automata, what the hell?
Yea not really Nier but I wouldn't even say souls either.
It feels superficial and light, which is why I thought of Nier. I think there's more to combat than just how it looks - there's a weight and tension to SoulsBorne combat that's missing in Nioh, and the enemies are very forgettable. I may be wrong in how close it is to Nier - freely admit that - but it lacks the punch of SoulsBorne.
Eurogamer posted some gameplay from the Scorn demo backers got: https://youtu.be/TE8TfK4inDw
I dunno... This isn't aimed at you, Arbok, since I've seen lots of people says this, but I think people say "Souls-like combat" when they just mean "stressful third-person combat with a camera that isn't great". To me, Nioh misses what makes Souls combat fun - a specific combination of interesting enemies, weapons, and skill/precision - and trades it for flashiness and difficulty in a generic fantasy setting.
But, like I said before, Nioh was a tremendous let-down, so I may be judging it harsher than I otherwise would. *shrugs*
Absolutely this. The combat may be fun (I think not! but whatevs. ), but try and play it like a SoulsBorne and you'll die lots. And lots. And lots.
Well I'll answer anyway
I can definitely see the problems in Nioh. There is definitely not enough enemy variety and the Yokai monsters don't really reflect the theme of the level in any way, like there are some monsters that are there from the first level to the last. The monsters also don't propose enough variety of moves, though I believe the alpha was a fair bit harder and they've toned it down. It also still suffers from the souls style enemy placement where the entire level is basically a monster closet and enemy gauntlet to run through. You can just keep doing it over until you perfect it. This makes most encounters very similar especially if you kite each one individually. The setting as you say, is also somewhat generic, and the entire game pretty much is set at night giving it a limited color palette. There's also the sense that the game copy and pasted the theme onto a 'souls' game whereas in Dark Souls, the art style, level design is a whole lot more organic and cohesive. The game is also way too long and the story is ass.
However I thought they did an excellent job with the three aspects (Souls, Ninja Gaiden, Diablo), the diablo stuff was close to being addictive in me playing the game, its probably the most fun aspect. The flashy moves also open up the Souls combat in a huge way, having so many options is never bad. They also pretty made the enemy combat encounters the same as Souls if that was their intention, they did a good job. It's close to the best hand to hand combat I've played in a game.
What? Do you know that there are actually combos in Nioh? A thing you can't find in any Souls game in example. Nioh fight system is basically a Souls system mixed with Ninja Gaiden, I mean, you can kill enemies by using their own katana as a counter-move. Saying it's light like Nier or it's light in general is just wrong.
That's fair. And actually, that's a way more detailed critique of the game than I have done. As I said/implied earlier, I think my bouncing off it so hard due to it being sold as as SoulsBorne, so I am a lot more down on it than if I'd just played it randomly, which has skewed my critical-eye on it.
I still hate the combat, though.

PUBG economy is insane.
There is a rich kid on Steam who has around 12k Gamescom crates plus around 80 trench coats / bandadas (current market value 600/800 each) in his inventory.
Yeah, playing Killer Instinct on keyboard is pain in the ass, i can't even complete combos tutorial, trying to follow help messages but i still can't do most of them after first try lol

Blue Reflection just got a patch that fixed all of the gamebreaking bugs, which i think makes it the third KT game on steam to recieve a patch.
I feel like I should buy it just to support the idea of patching games in KTs heads.Blue Reflection just got a patch that fixed all of the gamebreaking bugs, which i think makes it the third KT game on steam to recieve a patch.
Warriors All Stars got a patch too (today)
