Year Walk is utterly, utterly fantastic. I'm not a big fan of point & click adventure games, but it distills the puzzle solving aspect with a really interesting atmosphere & mythos, and the puzzles aren't that hard. It's well worth experiencing.

I know it's only been out for a couple of days, but does anyone have impressions for Survivalist? I see a few friends on my list have it but don't know if they've played it. It looks and reads like Fallout With Zombies(tm) on a budget of $3.99, but does it hold up in terms of gameplay?

it's a few hours of gameplay so i'd say its a good amount of content to figure out if the game's for you or not (spoiler: if you don't like clunky overambitious games you're not gonna like it)

Might just skip the latter for now though and skip to Lighting Returns as I never beat it because of the garbage framerate.
Pretty much the same. I enjoyed the world personally, despite the fact it was born out of no where for ridiculous plot reasons, and it had some issues with low quality assets. Was a nice little open world. Shame the time limit kind ruined exploring it a bit in the start, until you learn how to abuse chronostasis.Lightning Returns battlesystem is really interesting and fun. I also enjoyed the dress system. If only most of them didn't look so ugly.
I liked the game more than XIII-2, but way less than XIII.
Will buy it again on Steam on day 1 nevertheless.

Sharing is caring.Seriously though. NEED to get all Final Fantasys on my Steam account. My soul will know no peace until I see I II III IV V VI VII VIII IX X X-2 XII XIII XIII-2 LR and XV in my list.
I found the time limit to be a non-factor actually.
I slept in the Inn for 5 days to reach the final day because I had nothing else to do.
Honestly, at this point I'd be happy to see just IX, X and X-2 on Steam. FFVI is my favorite but I'm worried if we ever do get it it'll be that terrible mobile version with the ugly, redone sprites.

That was why I said in the start. It has the unfortunate problem of making you feel like you have to do so much but have little time to do it in the beginning. Then you realise you can just use chronostasis every 5 seconds, and because you thought you didn't have enough time so you rush, you end up with a load of spare time at the end of the game. I had the same problem,
I did every single side quest for the trophies, and I slept most of the last 3 or 4 days.
