Steam Winter sales and family Christmas vouchers have ruined me. I have nothing left on my wishlist and about a 80 game back log. Well GTA V is on my wishlist and hopefully Elite will come to Steam one day but still ... I find it hard to look forward to the Summer sales now :(

Now that they've started spreading the new store theme across things like Achievements, I wonder how long it will be before the Steam client itself gets a makeover.

Greenlight games from Digital Homocide are really getting out of control. These guys are also responsible for The Slaughtering Grounds and I dunno.. 5 or 6 (?) other crappy games via Greenlight.

can volvo ban them from greenlight or something?

edited: wait, why would they, every submission is paid for...

Are people getting outraged yet?

You have 2, 3 and 4 player co-op as well as versus matches.

zomg. This game is amazing. I was just playing it. Controls beautifully, the attacks have a great punchy feel to them. It's hilarious that one of your attacks is a pelvic thrust, and funny writing. Love the aesthetic of the game, it's like Sonic meets Rise of the Robots or something. Looks amazing downsampled from 4K and with max AA. Love the music.

I wish you could move with the d-pad on the controller, it's hard for me to do dashes with the stick. Haven't tried keyboard controls.

I want to thank derExperte for the game but feel awkward cause his Modbot code said no thanks. Thanks anyway :)

i5 2500k is the min? damn.

I really wish 'recommended specs' would get updated so I know what the hell running 'recommended' actually means. Does that mean medium settings?

I agree. It seems fairly outdated at this point. I know specs can be a moving target and not every system gets the same output out of components, but there has to be something better than the current model of minimums that aren't usually minimums and nebulous recommendeds.

Can anyone give me any other games that have gameplay like xcom-enemy unknown. I really like the turn base fighting like that. I don't like RPGs though, I want a game like xcom with maybe modern day weapons. There was a world war 2 game like that wasn't there? Preferably games on steam.

Not on steam sadly, but if you have a 3DS, Ghost Recon Shadow Wars is very good. Similar to Xcom, with modern weapons.
