Nights of Azure looks interesting.
I need to focus on my backlog until Persona 5 is released though, which will then take over my life. Not like I have the money to buy anything right now anyway.
The PS4Pro talk reminds me that Bloodborne never got a Pro patch. By far the most obvious choice for a Pro upgrade and they flat out ignored it. Hilarious.

What's amazing is it's been.... 3 months... since i've played DOOM and everytime I even see 'DOOM' written on this board, I *instantly* start to hear that riff that precedes "a ton of demons are about to port in.. IT'S COMBAT TIME!" guitar riff and my heart-rate goes up a little.

Anime is civilization's crowning achievement.
It really goes to show how flawed the workflow of post-release content is in games right now. Everything's already set into motion before release and with season passes already being sold there's little wiggle room for course correction.

Hmm... for some reason I can't get my X1 controller to properly work on the Steam version of RE7. The left stick and shoulder buttons all work fine, and it seems like the face buttons work OK too, but the right stick doesn't do anything. It "knows" there's a controller there (I can turn on and off rumble, for example), but it won't pay any attention to the right stick (which makes the game impossible to play). This happening to anyone else? Don't see any mention of it on the Steam boards.
NVM: there's some controller driver that's causing my controller to freak out across all games. It's not just RE7. I'm not sure why, but i'm going to blame Razer for this, even if it's not their fault.
NVM2: It apparently has something to do with the new Steam "you can remap any controller you want however you want" thing.

HoPiKo is more fun than I expected. If you're on a Steam controller definitely switch aiming over to the left stick.
I've had this happen a few times, to fix it I would just open the bpm overlay, go to controller settings, and then back out of the controller settings (thus saving it) and it would then work. Like, somehow the default control bind wasn't working, but when I go in and save it again, it would.

Steam community broken? I can't load any achievement pages.
It's been like that for at least three hours now.
To add to this, I have found multiple games that won't load beyond splash screens. These include Sniper Elite V2 and Sniper Elite 3. Testing it with some others, you can either wait 20mins for the game to respond normally, or you have to play in offline mode.
Fairly sure this is a Steam issue, so I ventured into the Steam Support section for the first time relating to a game / steam issue..... suffice to say I went around in circles looking for an appropriate place to send the message to no avail. Ended up dumping it under Steam client crashes and begging a support mystery person to fix it...... we'll see how long that takes

I beat Dirt Showdown a few hours ago, and several of the achievements that popped up when I beat it aren't showing up on my profile. My detailed view for the game says I have 19/49 achievements for the game, but my profile says I only have 12.
EDIT: Restarted Steam and now it's showing up correctly, though the achievements in question "unlocked" at 4:10 PM PST.
I'll check it out, I remember someone stating that it was pretty average in terms of gameplay.
