someone linked me some must have FF 13-2 mods last week or so (when I was playing 13 and talking about 13-2) and I cant find that post for the life of me, I think it was Hektor? Whoever it was, halp?

Just came out, looks amazing, in EA though.

Interestingly, it seems as though my ISP has finally fixed their steam server. The game came out like 90 minutes ago and I'm probably the first person in Australia to download it and I'm getting max speed. Been getting dialup speed from that server for probably 6 months or more on less popular stuff. Good work TPG, you haven't completely fucked up iiNet quite yet.

I am really liking how XIII-2 looks, except for how frame-y is can get when youre walking around (epecially when you turn the camera), much like XIII was.

I like how the camera moves around in battles tho, and just the overall look in battles, theres a crispness that XIII didnt have. Music seems good too.

New crystarium is... weird. Im kinda putting points into all of the jobs equally for now /shrug

I like the new random battle mechanic with the mog clock thing. I still cant tame monsters or whatever the fuck that mechanic is tho.

Also, its weird that its a time travel story when I just came from Evoland 2, weird coincidence. So they just scrapped all that L'Cie nonsense then? Cant say Im too bothered, that shit was all gibberish anyway.

I've been trying hard to get into it too. There's so many interesting systems there, but the combat difficulty spikes are really annoying me. I'm a little further in the story than you, but finding it hard to keep playing.

Started Evoland 2 last night.

Remember that Blues and Bullets had its season pass removed, and only now sells the first 2 episodes?
Well Humble still has the season pass for all 5.

I recommend you don't buy it though.

It doesn't actually confer anything other than Episode 2, anyway, since the other apps are still private and, judging from their distinct lack of activity, nothing more than placeholders.

Don't overthink it, just enjoy it :)
There's a specific way to maximize your stats in the crystarium but I'd have to check the guide for details, can't remember.

Yeah, I'd wager the exclusivity period is a year a la FFX HD. I honestly can't help but wonder if Japanese publishers tend to avoid negotiating these sort of deals and instead just accept whatever offer is made, especially given the utterly absurd 12-month PSVR exclusivity of RE7's VR mode.

I actually liked the US version of Life on Mars, but I agree that Harvey Keitel was horribly miscast. And that ending just... nowhere near as memorable as the original.

I'm about three hours into the original System Shock and I find it really interesting. The controls are really awkward, but the atmosphere and level design are both really good.

Question: I signed up for the Humble Bundle monthly. I just want the February games, I don't want it to bill me a second month. Do I cancel it right away, or do I wait until the current bundle is over and cancel then - or would this mean I pay for a second month automatically? Cancellation is confusing, as I got XCOM 2 now but I'm not sure if I'll get the rest if I cancel..

you could cancel now and still get february's games. or you could wait a week, you wouldnt get charged for march's bundle until late february anyway.

Cancel it today and you still receive the other remaining games for February apart from XCOM2

True. They probably want to aim for potato PCs in Asia region though it shouldn't be a problem really to base it from PS4 version then have extension set of graphic option for anyone who have potato PCs if KT proficient at porting their game. Too bad that wasn't the case.

Finished Wolfenstein New Order at last. That was quite a fun game, and I really enjoy read newspaper articles that found spread throughout the campaigns. Too bad I suck at FPS so most of the time I'm just camping from safe position, and spam rocket launcher+LWK+AR Laser instead of looping throughout the combats, especially on Chapter 16.

40gbs HDD space freed at last.

Got around to watching the csgo tourny final from this past weekend. What a choke job from VP.

They were up 13-7 in final map and lost lol. and blew a late lead in prior map as well.

Just enhancing the built-in MultiSampling Anti-Aliasing with driver level Sparse-Grid SuperSampling Anti-Aliasing (probably sounds just as confusing, but, just think of it as SGSSAA is better anti-aliasing than MSAA).
