They were around $2.25 on the market right at the beginning of the summer sale, because thats what I paid when I got 10 keys for Divinity: Original Sin. I don't really have any trader rep, and being limited to my steam wallet hurts.
I'll take the extra hit at $2.49 though, that's still a little over $22 for 9 keys which is still super cheap for Witcher 3.

Hmm I was able to add my card to Paypal but it wouldn't let any purchase go through. I'm more inclined to think I got a bad card then the card being moderated in any way.

I'm convinced this is the reason why jshackles isn't working at Valve, you see a sale and think wow 75% off, you open the sale page and see 'historical low' half the price of the current sale, Valve just lost a sale and we now have an educated consumer who is able to control their urge to buy sale items.

Well the 60% off still works on US (And I assume any) origin but Origin Mexico has the game for cheaper. US Has it for $39.99 and Mexico has it for $29.99.

Is that shit to be expected of me the whole game? Worse yet, trick combos don't even seem to be the point of the game, at least from the opening chapter. Tells you a lot when only 5.9% of players completed the tutorial.
Still, looking forward to the rest of the game.

The tutorial is the hardest part of the game. It's recommended to just skip most of it.
Check the Know Your Enemy trailers I have on the OT and see the combo potential some characters have. Overall it seems to be fleshed out enough and on the right hands could be a showcase.

Yeah, I finished the game back on the Dreamcast and when I tried the tutorial on the re-release I was absolutely stumped. Move on and enjoy the game!

Pre Evo 14 is 100X better than Fifa 14 if you would like to play a realistic football sim.
100% Orange Juice is such a ruthless boardgame. Every card in the game has the sole purpose of trolling the hell out of the person it's used on. Everything is based on RNG dice rolls, but when playing a full game with other players and not the CPU, it becomes alot more fun since the tide of the game could change at any second. Plus the CPU in the game cheats all the time and they always get good rolls. It's pretty easy to pick up and play as well, really a fun game considering it's 5$ on Indie Gala for like another 10 minutes... lol I probably shoulda wrote this earlier -_-
Likewise. The concept is brilliant, but what I've seen of the combat and movement makes it seem a little too floaty and imprecise. I wish they'd gone all the way with the fighting game trappings and had collision modeling. I can envision clipping through enemies annoying me to no end as I'm positioning for attacks and stuff. I can see why they might want to implement it this way though. Due to it being single-lane side-scrolling, and the randomness of enemy generation, they might want to allow the player to be mobile through a mob if there happens to be projectile-firing enemies further away from the player, etc.

I haven't tried it myself, but PayPal recently added the ability to pay with prepaid debit cards which the m&m bucks would fall under. So you could use it in conjunction with the add funds option
I imagine if you use enhanced steam, you could set it up to add in increments of $6

Pretty sure they did exactly the same thing with Walking Dead. Honestly it makes perfect sense, put it on sale for people to grab when it is finished at a higher price because they know there will be more demand. Anyone waiting for a lower price will continue to wait. Not all sales are targeted at all people.
