I'm assuming part two gets better, because it looks like it has more content due to a morality system or something like that, but how can you defend part one?
It's a cookie cutter VN. The background music, when present, is very forgettable and loops. Artistically it's okay, nothing special. VNs live or die by their writing, and Heileen 1's writing is pretty bad. I mean, it's not broken English like Sakura Spirit, but it's just boring and uninspired. I get that it's a relatively early Winter Wolves game and all, and that the writer is Italian and has admitted that his English isn't the best, but it's just not a good translation. The narrative portion is sort of fine, but the dialogue is just not good. It feels lifeless. It's also a really short VN. There are only three achievements, one for each of the three paths you can complete. You can skip text that's already been on screen and fast forward to new stuff, so it's not that hard to 100%. I mean, at the very least it's got different paths and choices, so that's a plus. But it just feels so unpolished and devoid of content that it's hard to believe it's an actual release on Steam. I would be more understanding towards it if all three parts of the series had been combined into one, but as its own singular product, it's just not very good.

The morning Witcher comes out is gonns be like a second Christmas. Doesn't Bloodborne also come out in February? Gonna be the best gaming month ever if so.

Forgot to mention I played Ridge Racer Unbounded. Dunno if It was the car but the drifting seems broke. Its nothing like a real RR game. It was like poor mans Burnout 3.

I pre-ordered the Complete Bundle earlier. But I have never played a Magic game and don't intend to change that any time soon.
With some magic photoshop work the watermark can be removed

I believe a 780ti is currently accepted as the best $$ to performance ratio for high end cards, Titan's overpriced.
For the next 2 years? Most definitely. Unless you want to play Watch_Dogs, even a Titan can't save you.
I would help you with it, but I don't have Photoshop installed anymore since I don't legally have a license to use it.
If you can live with your current issues for a while longer I'd see how the 8xx rumours continue -- if the cards are to launch near the end of the year then you can pick up an 880 instead.
Yeah, RRU doesn't feel like a real Ridge Racer at all. I've sunken a fair bit of time into it, mostly because I was jonesing for another arcade-y racer after Burnout Paradise and pickings seemed pretty slim on Steam. It's okay for what it is, once you get your head around the whole "drift button" thing, but I kind of wish Namco had saved the money they paid Bugbear and put it towards a PC port of Ridge Racer 2 (PSP) instead.
Speaking of cards, I've got a 780 and since I am stupid with money, I'm entertaining the idea of having 2. Will that make me a wizard?

I'm assuming it'll take about the same time as always. First you have to find the deck you want to use, and you probably have to unlock all of those, then you have to sit down and win 20 matches with the one you pick. So pretty much probably have to do the 2-3 hour campaign to get the decks, 2-3 more hours to get all the cards for one deck.

Would it be better to get a second 780Ti when the 800 series launches or just sell the one I have to put towards an 880?
If you can entertain at about less than 50% gain in speed and a PSU to handle 2 of them, then go for it.

Well guess that answers that . Shame they didn't try to give it something closer to its heritage. Definitely would like to see a real RR game on steam. A port of 2 at a cheap price would be good enough for me as well.
280X is still a fine card man. Wouldn't be in a rush to upgrade.
I assume you have a 3GB card? I'd feel more comfortable going the SLI route with 4GB+ cards.

not upgrading. it's a great card for sure... but I really don't want to live with random artefacting thing. it happens like when I'm surfing on Chrome, watching videos.. and the odd game or two :/
