yea it seems entirely random.
it worked fine for me during the Beth stream
didn't work during Xbox stream
worked for awhile after Xbox stream

I couldn't watch it, need to limit my data usage for the month.
I had a feeling a lack of PC info from the initial leak was due to the retail nature of the source.
It looks like it's based on the old animated series and comics. Like they're avoiding the Bay series altogether, which is the right route to go. The cel-shaded style looks nice.
