How do you know you're throttled? I only won Commando Crap

When you win a game, you need to wait 15 minutes. When you've won a bunch of games in less than a week, that timer goes up, at first a little bit, but if you've won a real bunch of games, the timer goes up a lot. Most people who are throttled are in the 15 minute waiting period.

But you can also only enter for something once so if you get the question wrong and re-enter it won't page attention to the second entry.
