Did anyone here made a copy of that long post about FFXIII that someone wrote back when it was first revealed for steam? It had many useful advices and I can't find it anywhere :(

Urgh. Steam's down again.

I wonder why steam is down as it rarely ever is down and even more rarely; repeatedly, sometimes my imagination goes ahead of itself and wonders if there's some attack going on valves servers. or possibly another security breach? eheh!

Steam goes down and Domino's AU's website finally starts working again. Stay dead for another 10-15 minutes, Steam.

I guess I just beat the last race in hot pursuit, was wondering why it's like 14minutes long then saw the credit scroll, almost messed up at the end fighting for a silver and ended up crashing a few times... it opened up more tracks tho.

It has several purposes. Quick summary of all the exclusive games that meet the criteria in a sort of a year-in-review way. It offers a cross section of the genres those games span on. You can start a discussion on how a lot of PC games are overlooked when it comes to reviews, many of them having less than 20 reviews. And yes, it hopefully helps in eliminating factually wrong conceptions console players have about the exclusive content available on the PC.

Although it seems these type of misconceptions (1000$ PCs) still exist and flourish. My cynical tile probably played a part, but i just went with something little spicy.

Well I think making a thread on that but not being platform specific would probably get better response

As for the "misconception", I don't think it's really that at all but people not really caring and in that case it's not going to stop people doing drive by posts about it.

Instead of playing games, I've spent the whole day replacing the album arts of the songs I've purchased with what I like and higher quality ones. Thank Godness, albumartexchange and covermytunes exists.

This happened because of Everlasting Summer and the blatant IP Infrigement character there. I basically binged playing Vocaloid songs because of that game.

I just found out about Pocket Rumble and this my friends is the next Lethal League. This has to see release. It has neo geo pocket style and ggpo online. Not only that it has some fucking awesome training modes like Skullgirls to help people that are new to fighting games.

Do the right thing and vote for this on greenlight.

If you are interested in it, you'll want to look at the Kickstarter. It hasn't been funded.

Buying an Origin game on Uplay sounds scarily similar to dividing by zero.

That's already accomplished by buying a modern Bioware game. :p

Crap, I just saw today that obviously the smartest way to ~~dominate~~ the CS:GO daily missions is do the hardest ones so you can skip to the stars later, that way you can easily upgrade your imaginary coin thing.

Mordor is Steamworks and Nuuvem legit.

Your order may be cancelled but thus far EA hasn't actually punished anybody it's caught cross-region purchasing. It probably doesn't have the measures in place to do so. Edit: Oh, wait, I forgot about this.

Well, I think I've already grown tired of Far Cry 4, but I really should finish Styx first.

I've been intrigued by some of the footage and impression from others. I would pick it up but right now it would violate my policy of not paying more than $20 for a game (Titles pulled from Steam excluded). Additionally Civ:BE is still waiting to be explored.

Oh man, autumn sale on Wednesday? I was going to buy BoI Rebirth, should I wait (though if there's a discount I expect it to be just 10%)?

Ubisoft is really in trouble, guys...
Like, 'deep up the shit creek without a paddle' kind of in trouble.

It's not much to be concerned about when I buy the games regardless. ;)

Fractured Space just appeared in my library....why? Is it suppose to be free weekend, because it doens't look like it.
It was given to owners of Strike Suit Zero... for 24 hours.

and

It's being handled manually (roughly 16 hours remain). Free Weekends use the auto grant sub type and the way it currently works means it couldn't be used here (there's a "DontGrantIfAppIDOwned" flag but no "DontGrantIfAppIDNotOwned").

It'll probably be more than 10%, maybe 20-25% since it's an indie game, But considering it's only 15$ it probably won't save you that much

Alright, think I'm gonna go for that Dragon Age deal!

What is Steamworks exactly? do I still redeem a key through Steam?
Is there any chance Mordor will be cheaper than the $27.79 (nuuvem) in the sale next week?

Steamworks, in the generally-understood sense, basically means that the game requires Steam, so yeah, you're buying a Steam-friendly key.

The game was 25% off on Steam itself recently, but I think WB will move to 40% off before 50%.

As far Dragon Age, it doesn't seem to be working? When I go into the Ubi store it says I'm browsing from Ukraine, but the everything is in English

When go through a direct link to the Ukrainian store the price is 38 Euro

Edit: NVM, fixed it
GONNA BUY THE SHIT OUT OF IT ;P

I completely ignore the stars and just go for the missions with items instead of cases as rewards. Since the value of the cases keeps dropping they are far less desirable (i wont open them myself) so I'm going to ignore the last two missions on any path. Obviously I won't be able to upgrade my coin this way but honestly, who cares (don't know if it is any different for the additional mission sets).

Act of War: Direct Action was pulled. Not sure if its due to the compatibility issues or if Atari sold the rights back to Eugen or someone else.
