Nah. They're two different games effectively, and Steam will treat them that way. Separate achievements, separate executables, separate folders, separate matchmaking. What you are describing is actually far more complex and would require much more effort. It's not a realistic expectation.

www.ds4windows.com This will give you full x360 support, as well as touchpad support. Just make sure you have .net 4.0 or higher installed before setting up. Oh and one last tip: make sure you click on "hide ds4" in the settings tab. That's about it.

At least the Xinput Wrapper one allows the use of the trackpad. Not sure what driver the DS4Windows one is using, as the docs state that "This tool requires a driver to use, however I have not made the driver myself (but is downloaded when installing)" so I assume it's the same

Isaac was remade from scratch, every sprite, every animation, the entire engine, plus a ton of new content. This is the equivalent of a high definition texture pack and some lighting that was already half finished but cut because it ran poorly on 360/PS3.
