Oh don't get me wrong I was disturbed yesterday too, but waking up and the first post I see is one anime girl wrapping another in toilet paper is a little jarring and made me rethink why I woke up this morning.
are you getting stable fps? I get around 100 but not stable, also my GPU is overheating. I'm playing it on older laptop (4-5 years old I think), maybe that's why, but only limiter available is 30 fps as far as I can see. My GPU is some midtier Radeon there, so not many options that I can see.
would you have any suggestions?

So I am building a new gaming PC this black fridayish, and I am wondering for a TV what I should be looking for. I am guessing I will be playing 1080P ultra settings, dont think I can run 1444p with a 970 although I guess I should buy a TV that will last.

Question about Trails in the Skies: I don't have a ton of experience with JRPGs. I mean, the last ones I played were FF Tactics (if you even call that a JRPG), Super Mario RPG, and Chrono Trigger. Would I be able to jump in without much trouble? I've been meaning to try another one out and this seems like a good idea, since it's on sale and the sequel just came out.

It is indeed a good idea, the first game is accessible and plays nicely, a bit on a slow pace side if you can handle that.

To be fair, this kind of thing also happens with frontmen. Take two uninteresting shit bands, for example: Tool and Radiohead.
Though, I will concede that, since recently when he started making some killer soundtracks, Johnny Greenwood has risen to prominence so it's not just Self-Important Thom Yorke and the Bland Band anymore.

It has an adhesive backing. Reading through the Amazon reviews, it seems like the adhesive is extremely strong. I can screw it in if necessary.
I will post back in a month and let people know how it holds up if they are looking to go this route.
