Nope.
It looks janky. Big old box body with a little box head on top, some stringy limbs sticking out, stiff animation... it's like the textbook definition of "programmer art". It's just totally visually unappealing to me.

Btw is it still possible to get Metro Redux ROW copy? I know the Russian copy are locked.

I'm talking about the sprite work specifically, not the backgrounds (which I really like).
But even back in the 8- and 16-bit days, games had much better sprite art than that.

Hmm, I can see that getting expanded. My biggest fear was that each Civ just has 1 infintry, 1 tank, 1 artillery etc. and it would be a bit same-y.

To celebrate Extra Life this saturday and what will surely be my slow descent into madness, I will be raffling off a copy of Civilization Beyond Earth if/when I reach my goal, which is the minimum EL allows, $100.
If we reach $200, I will raffle off a copy of Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor aswell. Anything past that...well I have no idea, I guess ill have to think of something if it comes to that.
On the one hand, I dont think ill even reach the minimum goal (I wanted to set it to $50 initially), on the other hand, thats 20 peeps donating $5, 40 peeps for both tiers... pretty sure there would be more entries than that if it was just a normal raffle.
So we'll see. Its for the kids, dont be cheap

Wait I think I see what you mean. When he walk it is a bit "janky" like it's a weird limp or something.
Its not a deal breaker to me, but it's something that could be easily fix though.

The second play through is waaaaay more fun than the first. I'm currently doing normal again to max out all my bending but then I'll do expert.

Wow, Chubs - this expansion goes well above and beyond the call of duty (the price-to-content ratio is off the charts), and to say it looks like a heck of a lot of work went into it would be an understatement. Great stuff, thanks mate - looking forward to it.
So, so pleased every time I read that CSD has done so well, it is truly deserved.

Take-Two (2K and R*) titles require a valid US payment method and have done for a while now. The distinction is that the product pages of such games mention "Steam key only valid in North America". I'd expect the restriction to propagate as time goes on.

yeah. I tried buying it regardless and san andreas worked without problems and I could activate the key just fine
On dispenser.tf Killer is Dead is going for around 2 keys and 1 ticket and SRIV GOTC is going for around the same.

those lego games go for $5 each all of the time. If you haven't played WITN, it's a pretty decent action RPG and would make that bundle worthwhile.
Otherwise, you're getting a standard sales price for those 2 lego games.

The only reasonable explanation is that stores refused to stock the game following its dreadful performance in Japan.
