I'm actually pretty surprised at this. It was like less than $20 on D2d a few weeks ago (with the first one thrown in), I'm shocked it's not getting any sale so far on Steam.

if you can gift the us version to eu, I'm in for the 4th slot :)
I can even be the buyer but the eu version is 5,50 eu each approximately being 7,20$ lest my math sucks too much, so it may be better if the "buyer" is in the us :)

Well, I've just ran into my first major issue with Steam. I just bought the Telltale pack and some of the games are not in my games list and going to the store page for them isn't showing I own them. Restarted Steam no change.

How do you fuck up something like that? I'm gonna have to deal with support for the first time ever. *sigh*

The Ball and Magicka just started updating for me. Also anyone who has trouble with AAAAaaaAAA can download cheat engine and slow the game down to help.

I suspect it's just related to the servers being pounded right now and I'm sure when you contact support the problem will already have resolved itself by the time they get back to you.

Played one game of Lead and Gold before I realize I'm not even going try for the ticket.

5v5, and 3 snipers for both sides, with my team getting camped with all 4 at the lowest scores, while I'm about 500-600 points up from their highest. FUCK THIS SHIT.

I beat 1-1, but I checked the achievements and Sunbathing isn't even one. I guess they forgot to update this game with the new achievement. I WANT MY TICKET.

I think so. Your account will be credited with the game and it will unlock when it's released as though you pre-ordered it. IIRC there were a few people who won Portal 2 in the last scavenger hunt giveaway before it was released.

I had this issue with Bulletstorm when I bought it months ago. If you're in the Steam beta, opt out of it. Solved it for me and many others.

May just be server issues, though.

I think some people won Portal 2 pre-release last sale so there is some precedent for it, yes.

The last sunbeam is in bonus 1-3. Those last few on hard are really tough... 1-6 & 1-7 hard have me stumped. Haven't loaded up this game in forever trying to get back into the mindset.

wow, those summer achievements are grindy. Sadly I will not be able to get them because of work. Hopefully I can grab a few tickets until the end.

Calling it now, most GAF steam topic regulars wont buy Bloodlines even though it is on sale, is constantly lauded as a fantastic game, and talk of its sale has become a meme.

And then I will be sad :(

Took me 20 or 30 minutes and that was with looking at some solutions on the Toki Tori SPUF.

Edit: I had all the necessary levels unlocked already.

Around 1 hour. Since I had to unlock all the levels in the first world, if you have all the world 1 done then it should take around 20 minutes.

Alright, they are on

Forest Falls (First world)

Normal: lvl 6, 8, 11.
Hard: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
Bonus: 3.

I just picked up Medal of Honor and decided not to install the multiplayer. For $10 it seems like a pretty good deal. My first purchase with my first Steam sale. :)

The DoW: Retribution ticket is dirt easy, in case anyone was actually wondering. Just go into a Last Stand game with Mekboy and a burna equipped (already unlocked at level 1) and you'll have it in a few minutes.

AAAAAAAAAAA's is fairly easy. The level is the "get 5 stars" on the lower left of the opening screen (not the level select screen). You need 35k points; any time you miss a point plate, just splatter yourself so you go back to the previous checkpoint, don't die too much otherwise (250 point penalty), and make sure you land in red at the end for the 8k bonus, and you'll get it.

Question: Is it worth picking up DoWII: Retribution and The Witcher 2 at these prices when I don't plan on playing them until October/November this year?

Also, Oblivion steam version the same as retail in terms of installing/compatibility of mods?

Don't worry about getting Hugs and Kisses, just hit all the scoring plates. At the part where there's two 2000 plates side-by-side, although it is possible to hit both at the same time (I didn't it once) if you miss one, crash and then go back and get the other, since crashing only costs you 250 points.

Ok since I haven't had a pc game for a while. I'm thinking of going for the Valve pack(seems a no brainer), Longest Journey+Dreamfall(never played an traditional adventure game in my life, seems like an interesting start), recettear( Gaf seems to like it).

I'm on the fence with the Witcher 2, and MoH. Wondering about W2, since I played the first one, but didn't see it through to the end. The only reason I seem to want MoH is for the BF3 beta.

So what are the chances of more publisher packs going on sale or is this it?
