Meh. Already own all the AC games and War for Cybertron on the PC is capped at 30fps, unless there was a new patch that undid it.

Any verdict on Sniper?
I got it for like 7.50$ on the Christmas sale and enjoyed it. The sniping mechanics feel really good and that makes up the majority of the game fortunately. It also looks quite pretty at times.

Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition is just what I've waiting for.

I think this is a good sale day for me.

DA1
AC2
Defense Grid
Tropico 3

$24.47 and I ain't even mad!

Not sure what I'm gonna pick up today, but some tempting stuff. Almost wanna dip into Brotherhood, but I should probably wait it out, not done with AC2 yet.

Also again, last post I'll make on it, but if anyone wants to play Magicka, I'd be up for grouping. One guy on my list is in already. :)

No subtitles!?!? Unacceptable!!!!

Yeah I'm totally gonna buy the 3 pack. Thanks for the heads up on the AC games. The most expensive part of this sale is going to be the 360 controller I need to get for all these games I am buying.

Lol THIS. Just bought one last night... $78 LATER....

(So worth it...)

These deals are shit if you've already played or own most of the games, ie if you're me.

Must be awesome to be a steam sale virgin.

Couldn't resist the AC pack. I'm really interested in playing the ACB multiplayer. I've ended up spending a lot more than I planned!

Picking up AC 2 today and that's it. Would get Brotherhood, but I'm actually still playing the first one which I picked up a month or two ago when it was on sale, so by the time I finish that one and AC 2, Brotherhood may be even cheaper.

Definitely learning more moderation this time around for the sale. I feel like the past couple of years I would have picked up Two Worlds II and Dragon Age just because they were on sale. But this year, holding off on Dragon Age II since it's still pretty damn expensive, and Two Worlds sounds fun, but I have so many RPG's to complete as it is, I can't justify spending the money on a game I probably wouldn't get around to playing until next sale. My wallet and brain are adapting to Steam sales.

Ah damnit, franchise sale on DA. Looks like I'm buying the ultimate edition of DA:O after all. I feel I need to play it to be able to say that I did, but I was waiting for it to drop under $10

How are the PC versions of the kane and lynch games?
I've only played the first one. Plays and runs fine, but is pretty boring overall. Visuals, gameplay, encounters... all very by the numbers.

Hmm, I have Dragon Age on PC, but no DLC or Awakening. Is the DLC+Awakening worth $10?

Oh, and can I import my saves to the Steam version?

They run well. The games just aren't very good. If you really need to get one, get the sequel. It's not really related to the first and is the one that doesn't play like garbage. Still mediocre, just slightly less than the first.

Really? I always thought they weren't that good on consoles, but the PC versions were great with a good coop which I'm interested in, getting XBL achievements seems tempting too

My wallet (and bandwith) live to tell another day...

Brilliant I can't play Defense Grid because the Steam servers are too busy to acknowledge the fact I've agreed to the EULA (yes, first time me playing; which probably means the achievement ticket will be far out of my reach but that wasn't the reason...)

Yeah, but we still got some great indie games on sale. I had an absolute blast playing Horde last night with friends. And Space Chem is fantastic too.

It don't own Recetear year. Sucks that I missed that sale. I actually bought it for a friend and then got home too late after realizing I never bought a copy for myself. Now it's back up to $10.

I can't help that 50% of the games they put up I have already and the other 50% is crap I don't want. A lot of these prices are not good either.

And I'm not one of these people who has 800 games either, I only have like 130-140.
If you have the games, it means they're probably worth having. Therefore, deals on those games are great, and certainly don't configure the sales getting "worse each day".

Unless you people honestly think the universe spins around you. Then you're allowed to say stupid things like that.

Let's see... Today we have Torchlight, Tropico 3, and Defense Grid, awesome games, for less than $5; the best Transformers game for less than $10 and Kane & Lynch 2 for $5; Two Worlds II for $17; and the three Assassin's Creed games for less than $30. I'd say those are awesome deals.

But it is. Check again.

How is transformers singleplayer? I like good singleplayer campaigns with fun story and good to play.

If not, going to get Assassin Creed complete pack fro 27 euros.

Damage so far:

Bit Trip Runner - 2.50
SpaceChem - 5.09
Defense Grid + DLC + Tropico Gold - 8.44

Total: 16.04

However, I've also spent $10 on TF2 keys in that time, so...

I feel like I don't spent money on big hitter games anymore.
