Curry is amazing.

For those who follow college hoops, his run in the 2008 tournament was a great preview of good things to come.

I'm just really thankful my alma mater played good enough defense on him at the end of the Elite Eight game to force Jason Richards to take the final shot instead of Curry.

Exactly. That 2008 run was basically what he is doing now. Domination.

He wasn't that dominant immediately coming into the league, but now he's there and it's amazing to watch.

Lol I haven't heard that. What is the Chinese 汉子?
库日天
Honestly, I haven't heard that before and I watch a ton of NBA games with Chinese people.
But people at work do seem to know what that is (though it should be noted that they LOVE hearing forefingers use bad language, so they might just be encouraging me).

Some huge daggers at the end of this game, the dude is just filthy. Manages to have a "quiet" 30+ point night.

Yeah, the scary thing about him is that he can have an "average" game where he is driving to the basket with some nice moves and putting up layups, but you give him 3 minutes where he just clicks anywhere near the end of the game and I just don't know how a team can beat them. The mental effect of getting worked like that has to just make everyone from the coaching staff down so flustered.

Warriors are lucky they won't have to face the Lakers in the playoffs!
Yup. Compare offensive ratings (Off Rtg - points/100 posessions).

Bulls
Off Rtg: 115.2 (1st of 29) ▪ Def Rtg: 101.8 (1st of 29)

GSW
Off Rtg: 114.3 (1st of 30) ▪ Def Rtg: 103.2 (6th of 30)
Hold up. Bulls were 13.4 points (per 100 possessions) better than an avg team? Jesus christ, that Sonics team doesn't get enough credit for beating them twice in a row.

Just saw the highlights, not much to say other than a really bad game by the Warriors. they didn't seem to care.

About the only thing I would take away from the game is the Lakers looked like GS an GS looked like the lakers.

Let's see how they bounce back though, assuming they go big their next game.

Fake Edit next game is magic... hmmm. Hopefully a good game at least.

Looks like an easy schedule coming up and interesting to see they still have 3 games with SA left to play.

He's a great shooter obviously but banking in halfcourters is not skill.

That's the point though with all of this. Yes if you're monkeying around in a gym and chucking up half court shots a few might go in, but you just attribute it to pulling some luck out of your ass.

Curry's skill is the fact that he makes a higher percentage of them. It's starting to not be lucky. If it's not skill then I don't know what your definition of skill is.

Like I said...

I'm not denying he has incredible range but banking long shots(whether they be threepointers or further) is a lot of luck.

There is a reason why people laugh when someone hits a threepointer off the backboard as it's obviously not intentional.

So many defensive people not even reading what I actually said.

Steph Curry defies logic. There's no luck involved. For other players yeah I'll give you that, mostly luck

I'm pretty sure he aims for the backboard from that distance. He somehow has a soft touch behind half court, he doesn't heave it, it's actually a "shot" that he adds touch to. I don't think it's luck at all.

Good game with Miami. miami played them pretty well and hard and the score was a lot lower. GS played back hard and won it. Miami had a chance to win and that is what you shoot for. I think wade and bosh or a bit played out though but that has been there for a while.

I feel like jack the nipper may have written this email to deadspin:

They haven't played Miami since last month? I'm so confused jack.

Subj: Keep drinking that steph bullshit

For the record I am not a fan of basketball or have a team I root for. I find it stomach wrenching to watch golden state. Steph curry is ruining the game of basketball and while he’s doing it inspiring a generation of (young kids) that intently watch to be just like him, just as arrogant, classless and fucking rude. Back when I played sports and all the way into college athletics I never played with anyone as audacious and swag like fucking arrogant as that cocky motherfucker. If those kind of antics went on in the sports I played he would have walked off the court with a broken leg by now. Everyone is to scare to foul him, he’s not that fast where he can blow by people, it’s like Adam silver sent a memo out to the league saying please do not touch steph on his way to the rim. He would have been fucked up and destroyed in another basketball era. I’d love to see wilt shit all down the basketball family tree that steph is trying to look up.

Keep writing stories and glorifying his bullshit antics. Please inspire my children one day to act like this piece of garbage that the media is glorifying. He’s a 3rd rate player at best that can spot up and shoot a 3 point shot. I saw kids at my school on the special Olympics basketball team make every 3 pt shot attempted in games, if you want the game of basketball to stay interesting then you should be rooting for the demise of golden state and steph curry. Hope he breaks his fucking ankle next time he “shimmys” and opposing bench. Nobody in the country cares anymore just look at the presidential election, everyone has bought into the popularity contest and not giving a shit about the real issues. The same goes with steph he can do whatever he wants and be as cocky and arrogant and talk shit behind everyone’s back yet everyone thinks this big asshole his a bundle of roses and ray of sunshine.

It’s like a disease in the country with steph curry, but if we only knew the real steph and looked behind his mask he wears to fool us all, he really is a garbage human being, with no respect and no class, sad to see he couldn’t learn from his dad and be a classy individual.

But hey I know your probably laughing at this email with your deadspin staff of bandwagon curry and golden state lovers so enjoy his 1 year fluke run of bullshit, and enjoy watching him crash and burn come playoff time.

Where's that great letter from an opposing fan to Steph Curry after the Warriors destroyed his team? I think it was from reddit. I was trying to find it but google kept on sending some bullshit about some teacher not wanting Curry to visit his school.

Yo Steph is cocky on the court though. He gets away with it because he doesn't sneer and frown or cuss at people, he just laughs at you and dances in your face so it looks more like innocent fun.

If I could do what he could do I couldn't really contain my excitement.

Literally rips souls out with his talent, not his athleticism. Baby faced assassin isn't really just a name.
