this video highlights what I was kind of beat up on before.
I was annoyed with teams giving steph the half court to 3 point line open freely and watching him shoot and get in a comfort zone at a distance.
This video highlights what I was saying should be done and was done pretty well
around the 2:30 mark, no matter if you are for them or against them seeing these pick and rolls at half court look funny.
All I was saying before, don't let them shoot , don't lally gag to your comfort spot on the floor and cletics did this about as well as you can. Deserve some credit here I think
This is in the end a testament to curry's shooting ability, but you can change your game as well to not allow him to shoot so freely as the Cs and Spurs have shown. It doesn't mean you will beat the warriors, and it doesn't mean the warriors can't change thier game up a bit to beat you though.

I was kind of irritated by the Dubs losing that game, mostly because I strongly dislike Evan Turner, especially when he randomly turns into a star closer.
What killed them was 27 points off of 22 turnovers. Celts perimeter D is legit.
It's crazy that the Warriors made 20 threes at a 46% clip and still lost.

Lebron has a great influence on Cleveland's basketball decisions, because they're so desperate for him not to leave again. So he shoulders some portion of the responsibility for the state of the roster. I honestly think they should have kept Wiggins, had Lebron man the PF spot, and play Thompson at center, along with the backcourt of JR Smith and Kyle Irving( though I'd venture to say Irving isn't the right fit for this team to beat either San Antonio or Golden State).

The NBA has a salary cap, unless star players take salary cuts they are not going to be playing together for long.
Cleveland Ohio is not Spain, Miami, LA..not a lot of players and families want to spend their winters in Ohio.
Lebron had this with the Miami Heat for a few years, he decided to leave. He knew the roster he was getting when he joined the cavs.
He basically played GM when deciding to play for the cavs.

Completely dependent upon if GSW wins their next game. If home court is a possibility for the Spurs going into those games, Pop isn't resting his guys. If Pop rests guys then sure. Given how tired GSW is looking, it seems in Kerr's best interest to rest his starters. Fuck the regular season. Get 1 more win to clinch and sit everyone.

Rigid salary cap and other financial rules in place in the NBA. You'd have to have multiple top players take pretty big pay cuts to build a team like Barcelona in the NBA.

I go back and forth with wanting them to break it. Everyone likes seeing history happen but I'm really interested in the San Antonio matchup in the playoffs. So, SA beating them, on the road tonight, will kick up the hype. Gonna be a good game, even if SA will probably lose.

I don't see them breaking it now, best case is they tie because I don't see them winning all 4 games from here on out. They could have afforded a loss to either San Antonio or Memphis to close the season if they hadn't lost to Boston and especially the Wolves.

Why are people saying Lebron has some awful team? 2 3 time all stars with him. I just don't think they fit together as well.
If they break the record in these last four game I think it cements their season even more. Beating the Spurs twice and ending their home run as the last team with a shot at doing so. You can't really write the end of their season better than that. Assuming GS doesn't lay an egg they'll destroy Memphis. They have no one on the floor worth mentioning.
