I can't tell from some of the pixels, and I haven't seen a lot of shops in my time, but that sure as hell looks 3D printed to me.
Nintendo went months and months without a single legit detail leaking. If that were real I'm sure their ninjas would've already taken him out.
Holy shit, the joycon looks like shit in his hands....it's baby sized.
