Parity clauses, poor sales, weak hardware, difficult to code for
There are plenty of good reasons to avoid doing business with MS; take your pick. There's no reason to assume money changed hands here. Years of dealing with MS have made some of y'all way too cynical. I know Sony have published plenty of games over the years,
but have they ever paid outright for exclusivity? Like, just handed cash to another publisher to keep their game off of other platforms?
Personally, I'm looking forward to what EA have to announce. That little exchange between Moore and Greenberg was kinda weird; Greenberg gave the impression of someone who'd been left out in the cold, while Moore seemed to be mocking Greenberg's desperation in finding people willing to support his platform. Of course, maybe Moore just heard about SF5 before we did.
