There are some links. From claw on hp, stance, you can get a C. Mp.
I found a couple that would link into light punch into roll, but I forget what they were. I streamed a bit here:

Well Vega is terrible. Normals are the worst they have ever been. V-skill sucks. Claw stance has weak combos but all the decent normals and his only reliable antiair. Throw range sucks. Wall dive is useless outside of ex again. Oh and no reversal again.

Giant swing has a bit more range, but power bomb leaves you close to the opponent.
Irish whip seems really good.

Giant Swing is more damage and puts your opponent away from you. Her kick one does less damage but leaves them next to you so that you can continue pressure. I don't know about throw ranges but uses depend on what you need and want to do in the match.
A Giant swing then using her V-Skill to up her next throw's damage would be a use for it in addition to the damage, etc.
Irish Whip is definitely a big tool. Let's you V-Trigger, lets you combo, etc. She also has a move that forces her to drop like a rock so you don't need to jump into AAs all the time and can avoid fireballs, lol.
And of course kick command grab keeps them in the corner if they're already there (rather than tossing them out).

Increases the damage of her next throw depending on how long you cut the promo.
Do you know if it stacks? If I hold it to level 1 or whatever multiple times, will it eventually get to full power?

Because I have played and seen dozens of hours of this game and I have a good idea what other characters can or can not do ?
The final game isn't released, so it's not like anything is set in stone.
But if you can't make an educated guess after playing it for hours, then the "stupid" person, is you.

I'm glad you can tell how your 1 hour Vega will fair against a Rashid we don't know how to play yet, or any of the other characters that have seen tweeks, or how he'll stack up against vskills and triggers nobody knows how to use yet.
You're right, man. Your 1 hour of play and watching people learn how to play the game is surely enough to dictate how shitty or good a character is.

Can anybody clarify what are the limitations of her VS? Do you lose the buff after a time? Can hit and retain the buff?

It's ok, I got back in and it started downloading an update file. For what, I have no idea. He really is weird though. Nothing is familiar. You even have to literally grab the opponent from Barcelona (as in, press LP + LK during the jump). You have to press FP twice to her both hits from his normally double hit FP in SFIV. Cosmic Heel isn't in here from what I can tell. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing with his Slice! move(qcb + P). Shit is another dimension.
Edit: Necalli showed up as someone I could train against, but with I selected him, he turned into Mika :/

People still think Vanilla SF4 Sagat was overpowered, when he's not even top 3 in that game, but we all moved on to Super before people realized it.
