Running and doing the eagle kick with Rashid leaves you at a much further distance than the quarter circle one. the hurricane punches after running also have better recovery times. Having a lot of fun tricking people with these, nobody seems to know it yet, lol.

Oh, and that mp, cmk, lk eagle kick combo has everybody trying to counter after the mp and they eat big punish. haha.



ah, you can still see it by searching your psn name? the beta actually has the last match of each player available for watching (protip?).

Hey can whats some cool stuff rashid can do with his tornado? I use it a bunch when I have someone in the corner but Idk what to do after... I was thinking running and grabbing but it doesnt work, jumping to cross up doesnt work either because they just block from both side (the fuck?)
 
Okay GAF, after my ragedelete, I'm back in the Beta. Finally winning a couple matches with Karin. Holy CRAP she's fun. Even though I can't do anything but footsies and surprise full screen overheads.

I'm able to do some cool combos in training mode, but the second I have a moving target, that all goes out the window. Also having trouble with jump-ins, but her crHP is pretty decent.

Once Ryu is back in the beta, I might switch back to him for a bit.

Don't all crush counters crumple? Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean

Nash's Cr. MP still seems okay for AA. So does MK and air throw.

Bazooka knee feels a lot better. CC. F.HP now causes crumple but standing HP may be a lot better now for ch shenanigans. Ex slash seems better, and now all versions have enough hit advantage to follow up with TC. You can even hit confirm cc S.FP into qcf+mk for a very solid bnb now.

Juggling after NJ HK is still in, but VT after booms is gone. Wasn't able to test if ex scythe is an actual reversal now.

I dare say he seems a good bit better now. Or at least Capcom has an actual game plan for him.

This poor Kryose guy keeps getting paired up against me, I'm sorry man :(

I rarely every get to use mika's CA. Her EX giant swing is just too important.

gotcha, I guess I just considered that super long stun to be effectively a crumple

I need to find better use of Mika's V-trigger. Before I used it for combos, but it's not really needed at all unless you want a bit of a damage boost. Maybe try using it to keep certain things safe? Throwing it out just at neutral seems a waste, but sometimes it works.
