I normally always like charge characters but Vega (before the change) and Balrog are the two exceptions. Curious to see what changes they do to him, if any.

I believe one of the UK community managers said he'd played a version of Balrog back during PSX. We don't have anything more than he said-she said but it's more than likely that Balrog will be the first one.
I think Guile will be the second one.

Yeah I heard that but it could also be that he was misleading us by leaving key information out. I imagine that half or more of the DLC characters are already in a playable state.

It's either boxer or Guile imho. One to have the 4 kings reunited, the other has been seen in the story mode trailer, both would make sense at this point.

My guess is that Ibuki and Juri will be last.
They probably don't have significant connections to the story and have been in recent games.
Juri was my main character for SF4 and SFxTekken so I can feel it in my heart.

Yes I would be very surprised if it wasn't Balrog, Guile and Alex for the first three (since we already see Alex in the NYC level). The other three I couldn't predict because it's entirely up to Capcom who they want to introduce to continue the story line from there.
If these characters are coming out every two months then I'd be very surprised if only one of them is playable at this point. I think a couple are done or are at least in the final stages of development. Balrog might be first or he might be one of the first. We just don't know yet. I really wish Capcom would announce the line-up for the first wave.

Similar to Mika and Chun Li, they are still fine-tuning the physics for Urien's banana hammock when player 2 selects him. Knowing Capcom they want it to be realistic yet still touch upon the cartoon-esque world they are known for.

They haven't said anything about the order in the image being the order of release. Safer to assume it's not.

I'd love to see Guile being released first. He was my main in past Street Fighter games and there aren't many charge characters in the initial roster... Just M. Bison...

Chun-li has as many charge moves as she's always had. Necalli has a charge move.

It doesn't say it's +0 on block, it says L Scissors are -7 or -9 on block. I'm assuming the difference is whether you only land with one hit or not.

I'm actually in a similar boat. I was looking to go with M.Bison but F.A.N.G is actually looking like a damn good substitute until Guile shows up.
Same, but I could see Boxer being first. I do think they will be the first two regardless of order.
It shows -7 on block for LK scissors, but they're not correct since they hit twice (point blank they are actually -4/-3/-2).
Not sure why Inferno is missing entirely but it would have been really inaccurate anyway. They're all pretty unsafe on block though.
Rashid's f.mp is -15 on hit? That can't be right.
His s.mp is +2 on block, that's good information to have.
