Personally, I would do some research on what your current position is and what other companies are offering compensation for it - checkout glassdoor.com.
Also, list out your duties. You may find something that may fall a bit out of scope of your position and worthy of additional compensation.
Then tell them based on your research that you feel that your salary should be _____.
Make sure that you present them with that research too!

A question about Firefox tabs: on a couple occasions when I have multiple tabs open I've clicked on a tab I'd been on earlier, and instead of just making that my current tab, it opens that tab in an entirely new Firefox window, so I have two instances of Firefox running at once. I'm not sure if I accidentally pressed a key along with the mouse click on the tab, or exactly what is doing it. Is there a specific Firefox keyboard shortcut that will take an existing tab and open it in its own Firefox window? I'm running version 17.0.1.

Do some weights and become stronger than them. (Time may vary)
Unscrew the handle if you can from your side if you can.
Fill the room they are in with some sort of gas to immobilize them.
Kick in the door.
Go in though the window of the room they are in (If there is one) and open if from that side.
Ask the other person to let go of the handle.

I was thinking about playing Twilight Princess using my Mixamp and headphones but I am wondering if I am going to be limiting my experience due to the fact that I will not hear sounds coming from the Wiimote? Are there any essential components (or even really cool) of the game that utilize the Wiimote speaker like boss fights, mini games, etc..?
Not really. When you unsheathe your sword, you hear it from the Wii remote, which is admittedly sort of cool. Midna's giggles sometimes some out of the remote, but there's also on-screen prompts. There's nothing essential.
No, because the game was really designed for gamecube and many people consider the gamecube version to be the essential version.
Yes, if you have passwords saved in the browser for example (is there such a thing?), it's a smart thing to do.

Anyone have a problem with Netflix right now? I can't stream on my bluray player and when I go to my instant queue on the Netflix website itself my 'recently watched' videos are gone.

Why is it that my LCD flat screen always makes a humming noise whenever I use component cables with my PS2, XBOX, and Wii?
For instance, if I'm playing any of the above, the humming noise only comes up when no sound is being emitted, (like when I pause), but when music or sounds are playing, the humming noise goes away.

Not aware of a way to do this. You *might* be able to use https://ifttt.com/ by using the RSS interface to neogaf.com and then grepping for "Originally posted by <username>:"
I use ifttt to run searches for Craigslist and email me when new stuff is found that I'm looking for.

When I try to tickle the bottom of my feet I can barely stand it but no, it doesn't make me laugh. And neither do the other usual areas if I do it myself. I'm extremely ticklish if anyone else does it though.

So, a little while ago, I bought Black Ops 2 for my PS3. Played the campaign, beat it, decided to hop online. I could get to the matchmaking screen (I'm signed into PSN and can recieve messages and all that jazz), but it seems like its FOREVER stuck on "finding a game." At first I blamed the game, then I put in Modern Warfare 3...same thing. Forever stuck at "finding players" at the matchmaking screen. Same for Uncharted and Battlefield.
I've reset and checked my internet dozens of times, the bill is paid for, and all that. Halo 4 still goes online without any problem. So what's the deal? Is my PS3 messed up or something? Cause by all indications my internet is PERFECTLY fine.

Yeah thats what i meant, im not having the "laughing" effect, but i cant stand it as well.

I poked my eye with my thumb in the shower a couple hours ago and vision is still blurry in that eye. Am I probably going to have to go to the doctor, or should it sort itself out soon?

You may have scratched your eye, which will just need time to heal, but going to the doctors is never a bad idea. See how it is tomorrow morning, and then go from there.

You have to host the image online with something like Imgur or Minus and then link the URL from there with the IMG tags.

It's not quite what you're looking for but you could do this:
Search for the character "a"
Then choose "All" from the checkbox dropdown menu. It will say something like "all 20 conversations on this page selected". Next to it will be a link named "Select all conversations that match this search". Click on the link and then do "Mark as read"
Not usually, normally only the timepiece itself is covered by a warranty(Since leather and so on will wear eventually) you can pretty easily replace it though.
