I find Jacket Dan to be very charismatic, but not very scary. Which is fine considering we need more of a "Rock Star" Joker, especially after Ledger's version.

What I really love is that this is the third movie version of Joker and all were psychopatic clows and yet each one of them feels very different. I'm sure Leto will kill it in this role and it doesn't need make Heath's take feel bad. We can have couple awesome Joker interpretations.

The only part of Ledgers joker more terrifying than Leto, was the initial reveal in the bank; What doesn't kill you makes you stranger.

That said, the cackle in this trailer sent shivers down the shivers sent down my spine. No that's not a mistake, my shivers had shivers.

How can you not love the wild eyes and that sinister silver-toothed grin? He truly looks like someone who is insane.

Ledger's Joker was more of a brilliant madman, but he was not a terrifying looking madman like Leto's Joker is. Which is why I think I will buy into this Joker more. And who knows? We might even get some of that brilliant and calculating side with this Joker as well.

Taskforce X is actually after Enchantress. She's not seen with the rest of the group even once. All her scenes are off on her own.

Well what is interesting is that we still don't know who (or what?) the antagonist in the film is.

It's been suspected to be Enchantress but the military presence, helicopters etc and the line "Let's go and save the word" suggest to me that this could be an actual global threat.

Some have suggested (even here on GAF) that there is a 'Big bad guy' that we've still to see/hear about.

I am sure Jared is throwing himself into the character and is doing the research. He is dedicated and goes to extremes with his roles like that. As any good actor should.
