I'm glad they never made an akame ga kiru anime, so they could ruin it with a bad adapation. I bet shougeki no soma is going to get a bad adaptation.
It sucks when you're so hyped for an adaptation since you love a series, only to have your heart ripped out and curb stomped.

I've read 2 volumes of it, It does look really good. It is going to get butchered by the censors judging off what I have seen alone and I haven't seen shit yet.

Like what the hell is so interesting about dragons randomly appearing on earth and then giving powers to humans, who use this power to fight dragons. He could follow Funimation. They licensed both of them IIRC. Their IP acquisition quality is jarring.
That one is bearable, since it kinda does magic in a cool way that's not focused against destroying monsters. It's quite enjoyable imo.
It sucks when the i get info dumped to hell, and it being generic as hell. The world has to be pretty amazing if the school portions suck. I'm griping at how generic it is.

I've never seen anything from it other than an opening and one of the EDs in the instasynch room but I knew about highschool dxd even when I didn't watch anime. Now that you mention it though, I have no clue as to where I heard about it.
