I would maybe have expected to see mother brain in a metroid background stage either in her container or her body but never as an assist trophy.

Ahah, nothing against Wonder Red, I'd like to have him in Smash, it's just that Ridley's my most wanted newcomer and WR was my less liked newcomer in that roster.

Funny story is, Shulk was actually on there from the beginning haha but then I forgot to add Villager so I had to eliminate someone to keep it even.
Here I made a newer one without ZSS seperately, and added Shulk:
Baloon Fighter? No way after Villager was shown to have that recovery.

When I saw the pic of the day I thought it was a fake... with Mario being oddily squeezed behind MB, I thought it was really a quick photoshop. Then I realized.

Sakurai add this to Smash 4! Djinns appear and you have to collect 4, depending on which elements you collect is the summon that will appear. 4 Venus Djinn = Judgement appears, 4 Mercury = Boreas unleashes it's ice powers over the arena and so on, that way we can have cross-elemental summons too!
I had a dream about the game that the Villager had a Hsien-Ko-esque move where he could throw random items from the Animal Crossing games as projectiles.
One of the things he could throw as an incredibly small random chance was a tarantula, and it'd be a one-hit KO move like Game & Watch's Judgement move.

Yeah. Personally I'd love basically every smaller series to get some love. Alas - Fossil Fighter, Custom Robo or Magical Starsign would never have the selling power that Rosalina, Mega Man or Villager have.

I wouldn't be surprised if we got a Yarn Yoshi or Yarn Kirby stage and/or AT. Prince Fluff would make a great AT, thinking about it.

I wouldn't have done them if their quality was just a HD upgrade of their gross brawl models.

OK, if Mother Brain made it in, there's no way RIDLEY is not in Smash 4 at all.
We only have to bet wether he will be an Assist or a Playable (or a Stage Hazard, that would be the worst imho, but maybe also the most probable - Kraid was also Stage Hazard sorta in SSBM, but we didn't have Assists back then).

Yup, they're fantastic. It's both good and bad, but mostly good. He's basically taking the 'secondary list' of characters people want playable, or other major characters (that couldn't be playable) from existing franchises and making them assist trophies. In brawl, they were mostly random. Little Mac, Gray Fox, Samurai Goroh, isaac, resetti, Lynn, Waluigi, etc made a lot of sense, but most of the rest were not great. He could do the same thing this game, where we'll get like 5-10 good ones, and the rest will be garbage.
I'm really hoping that the extra dev time that they have by not making subspace 2 can be used to flesh out normal battles that much more.
Side note:
I want pokeball/assist trophy switch. I want to choose which ones will appear. Maybe keep it locked until you've seen them all at least once, which might take a while (thanks to rare pokemon, like mew or manaphy).

Mother brain looks pretty cool. It would be nice if there were options in the item menu that let you choose which ATs you want on or off. My friends and I stopped using them because there were so many that we didn't like and the chance of Mr. Resetti appearing didn't really help either.

Same here. I want feature for AT and Pokeballs. I'm tired of those crappy pokemons in Brawl.
Please don't. Considering I've seen Manaphi for the first time just a few months ago after five years and over 1000hrs of gameplay with items on 100% of the time...I'd probably never get to see that screen.
