LA isn't even closing for 24 minutes. Kansas/Nebraska are taking so long because both are caucuses, which means they're devils from the ninth circle of Hell (or in other words, both states' Dem parties are poorly organized)

I think the argument is that people aren't going to consider the context; they'll just focus on the numbers. I think it's a valid point, as unfortunate as it may be.

This is correct. I *tentaively* support that level of taxation if the plan is very, very good (and well defined), but in the end, promising to raise taxes - regardless of what for - is a career-ending move in 2016 America.

Came back from my local NE caucus and from what I've heard support for Bernie was overwhelming. In my district (3rd) it was something like 306 to 146 IIRC. Hopeful about overall results.
