I enjoyed both the Buffy and Dr. Horrible musicals, so consider my interest piqued.

Music Meister has been asked for since The Flash's first season and seems like the ideal candidate for the crossover villain. With the amount of music/singing talent in the "Arrowverse" shows it'd be more ridiculous NOT to do it.
