Well, he finally did something that might have a lasting effect when Parker comes back.

Fighting with the avengers on public TV, causing the public to turn against him and start destroying the spider pets.
Ultimate U in general has been good about keeping people dead. There are a few exceptions, but on the whole, yeah, dead is dead.
They do seem to have forgotten that Gwen Stacy is a symbiote thing, though. lol
