Just finished the story mode. It was alright. Other than the difficulty, its got awesome fights. I really like the banter between characters and how dynamic everything was.

The difficulty was bullshit though. Had to set it to easy, and I felt no shame in doing so. Normally I do, but not this time.

I'm currently in a fight where the other character has constantly regenning health and goes into a death move at the end, not sure what the game is asking me to do here. Attacking them didn't seem to do anything, I'm pretty sure I even tried to dodge it to no avail.

Not sure why but Eliza's inputs feel way stricter compared to Akuma's. I can easily pull off a dragon punch but with Eliza I keep throwing out fireballs. I would say its me being sloppy but I can manage it with Akuma.

Shame the netcode/servers are as good as Street Fighter V day one.

How do you play with Yoshi? I feel like I would fuck up and kill myself. Is there an advantage of using his spin?

Same way I play Blanka - like a mad man

His spin? He has a few, back square is really fast (can be good for interrupting a hit before it lands on you) and brings you close to the other character for a throw or to keep a combo going like after a launch (eg down/forward triangle).

The other spins (back and circle or X) speed out of the way if you think you're going to be attacked, you can end up in a better position than if you blocked - often on their side or behind them. You go into the foreground or background like a side-step at speed but it cost you life. Careful when you're low on health Died twice by mistake yesterday after doing that.

Then he's got the other spins with triangle and one I like a lot is the sweeping one (down/back + x (x, x, x,)) real nice, followed with a circle medium height hit.

Its scaled well for over 10 years now, Batman Arkham Knight surely was not a disaster, its still one of the best looking and performing games on PS4 even today

Creatively.

He has more variety and surprise features than any one character in the series. The downside is that most of his moves do shit damage. He has to work hard but you can really mess with a player's head.
