[Baraka in the White House]

Gears of War:

Myself and three other random players stuck together for a few matches against these full-time guys that were really cleaning up. In the third match all my teammates get wiped out pretty early while I was farting around for a power weapon, leaving me all by my lonesome. I never really got to a good weapon before encountering two of their guys ready and eager to notch another win.

NOT THIS TIME.

After a little bit of very awkward rolling and juking, I dispatch both of them with a couple of close shotgun blasts. Just as their gibs were settling #3 tries to snipe me from a stairwell but just clips me. I hoof it for the stairs and trade pellets with him before downing him as well. Number four is headed up the stairwell with his shotgun ready while I'm reloading mine and, in desperation (as if I hadn't been desperate the whole fucking match - I suck at multiplayer) I stagger him with a melee as he gets of one shot that couldn't have been more than a nut hair closer to downing me before hitting him again for the finish.

What followed can only be described as the most satisfying curb stomp ever.

Halo Reach

I assassinate a guy from behind as an Elite. It was the animation where they stab him through the sword and then throw the body away. This is an important detail. Mid assassination another guy comes with a plasma grenade launcher and fires it. They all hit the body of the guy being assassinated, then I throw the body away with the grenades stuck onto it. I then proceed to kill the other guy. It was awesome.

For me a good moment in TF2 was while I was trying my hand at spy (usually don't play it) with the dead ringer, and I was doing surprisingly well. It got to the stage where I was really on a roll, getting backstab after backstab and only appearing to die. My friend on the other team said to me "you wouldn't be the spy everyone on my team is complaining about would you?"

Apparently one of them said they were going to friend me so if they ever saw me on a server they could quit immediately. Never happened though.

Suffice to say I felt pretty damn smug for a while there. Too bad my super human spying abilities deserted me soon after.

This shit would happen to me all the time back when I played TF2. One random week I decide to try out a class I never play, suddenly I'm kicking everybody's ass being just the most hunted down motherfucker on the map. The next I can't even get one kill with that class. Really pissed me off, since there were times when I'd pull off masterpieces. manlytear.jpg

CS 1.5

Something like 7 or 8 T's rush the CT bridge room on Aztec. Only 5 make it across and from bombsite A I bounced in a flashbang then rushed the room. I rush in through the doorway from bombsite A and see all 5 of them in the same corner to the right of the doorway. I know the fb has already worn off but in the rush to get away they were all just running into each other resulting in no one going anywhere. I was laughing like a maniac watching them as I killed all 5 easily with an mp5. Alltalk wasnt on, but it didnt need to be to know how pissed they all would have been at each other, no doubt all of them cursing each other out.

Halo 2

Playing CTF on whichever map it is that has the stelagtite you can shoot down. The game is 0-0 with neither team coming close at all to scoring. The game mostly dissolved into team deathmatch by the last 90 seconds before I decide to go ahead and try to get the flag on my own. When I get there in my warthog there is already another guy from my team going for the flag so I park up next to the window for him to throw it to me. Right as he threw it to me I got killed by a rocket that hit the warthog (facing their base the guy was camping the road to the right of their base. He would have been facing the window that you threw the flag out.) then someone went in the flag room and killed him.

So we both spawn back at base and without a single word between us so far we get right back in a warthog and head back. This time when he goes in to get the flag I only hopped out for a second like I was going to catch the flag, then immediately hopped back in and drove the warthog around the front of the building. Guy with the rocket tried the same move but by moving the warthog the building was in the way. The guy who was with me also faked out his guy by picking up the flag then dropping it to shoot the guy who rushed in to kill him. After killing his attacker he went out the back with the flag and met me on the left non-window side of their base.

There is no more than 20 or maybe 25 seconds left now when we take off. I took the path on the right side of the map leaving their base. As soon as we leave a rocket from rocket launcher dude screams past as well as catching bullets from the other guy (now respawned) my teammate killed in the flag room. As we approach the turn we see everybody else from both teams fighting it out in that area outside the road. Everybody from the other team either gets told over the mic or sees what we are doing and suddenly all of them starts shooting at us. Rockets flying past, nades flying at us through the air, and bullets from every enemy gun shooting at us. All the while I'm trying to drive through this turn as fast as I can because there is only like 15 seconds left.

So as all of these rockets, nades, and bullets are flying at us I swear I was flying through this turn on 2 wheels because I am driving way too fast for the turn.

Suddenly my teammate, who I have so far only been communicating with trough only the kind of telepathic gameplay that sometimes happens between teammates, finally starts talking over the mic as we are flying through this turn on 2 wheels.

Him: Goddamn!
Me: I know!
Him:GODDAMN!
Me: I KNOW!
Me: I'm drivin the damn doors off her!
Him: Hell yeah you are!

We finally get through the turn and all the flak in the air and I get the warthog back on 4 wheels. I go for the back door doing that 180 degree turn when I stop that puts the passenger side door right next to the back entrance so my teammate can get out with the flag as fast as possible. Captured the flag for the 1-0 win right at the last second.

Playing on versus, they are really good, and decimating my team until I tag in Arthur, I manage to take down one team then tag in my Wolverine (about half health) and rip the other team members to shreds (i am not the most techinal adept player I just combo basics and hit the moves at the right time.. I take them down and win...

TvC:
Playing against a guy I have lost 4 matches in a row to, the last couple I fought until time over and they had more health overall and won, Finally get around to winning, they accept me as a rival, feels good as they ranked so much higher than me.
also had a few people rage quit on me..

Left4Dead2:
you know the player that gets jumped by all the special infected well that's me...
matches ususally go, oh I can hear a hunter."fuuuuuuuuuuuuuu get it off me get it off"
smoker, "I'm being choked, help" then I accidently startle the witch...also why does the tank always aim for me when throwing projectles?

Death Tank Zwei:
This would always go with me buying the guided missles and nukes and my friends buying the hover coils, another buying the rolling mines,

I could take moy hovering friend down with the guided missles, invariably I would be at the bottom of a hil so the rolling mines would get me, if I was going out I would launch a nuke to take people down with me...death tank on the saturn one of the finest couch vs games out there..

Backstab blizzard 2 times and nothing happens. I guess it's not awesome or hilarious to me but it is most likely for him

Was playing on a modded server that doubled the smokers tongue and that was an awesome match of smoking people off stuff.

Classic blue-shell-right-before-the-finish-line-causing-you-to-lose-the-race. My friend raged.

Pokémon
Metronome-only double battle (Metronome simply picks a random other move each time you use it, from the hundreds of possible options). My brother got two Taunts in one turn (Taunt prevents the target from using non-damaging moves, including Metronome). Fun times.
