It must scale downward as you get higher in level. Like I said earlier, on my 32 Berserker I can get up to 50% of my total XP to level, but only about 35% on my 38 Priest. What level are you?

Apparently I have to go through a dungeon and do all the quests there to get to the instance's quests, is the Necromancer Tomb worth it?

Hey guys I sort of asked this question already but I think it got lost in the excitement...
Is anyone playing on a US server from Europe, and is anyone playing on a US server from Asia? I'm in Europe now but moving to Japan in a few months. I think that the European server will be too far from Japan, so I'm wondering if I should buy a US version as those servers are sort of half way between the two and hopefully the lag would be bearable from either...

Just curious on what damage will be like at 60. Here's a screenshot from a level 60 archer I took from a recorded live stream. I think this was hit biggest crit. Sorry for the crappy quality.

300k hits? It took wow 3 expansions to get to 100k hits. How will that work in Tera in the future?
You could use a VPN i think. I wouldn't play on EU though, the lag is always horrible from Asia.

You can go back to the Island of Dawn at 60 and crit for over a million on some level 1 mob. There isn't a cap on damage in this game, and the scaling is insane.

As for damage scaling that everyone is worried about...I would guess that as damage increases, so will defense and HP. You'll really see the difference when you go back to old areas I imagine, but current content shouldn't be too bad. Even with that damage they were rocking in that vid, the boss didn't go down as fast as you might expect. Just my thoughts...

Join us on Valley of Titans for some hawt PVP action. And elf mystic will be good fun. That's my main and I'm enjoying it immensely (although the archer and lancer are good fun too).

Mystic has other advantages.. they have auras that boost crit rate for the party and they also have targeted heals.

Got my first character to 11 last night and got my mount. I don't know if the spacebar spamming induced horse seizure is an intended feature or a bug, but I'm glad they kept it in there. Me and a friend did that shit for a solid five minutes and coerced another 5 people to join in. So idiotically funny. It also helps when you're following someone and get turned around.

Played the beta a lot, probably going to roll on Dragonfall since I don't want to deal with world PVP while I'm only play casually. Is there a GAF Guild with room left?
So I'm not having fun at all with my Lancer and since I solo most of the time I've decided to roll another class, something with more oompf. I can't decide between a Berzerker or a Warrior. The only thing I don't really seem to like about the Zerker is the slow swing time but I can deal with it if I'm going to pound the crap out of mobs in 2-3 hits.
Both of these classes are awesome. Go with whatever playstyle draws you in more.
He's in Japan, where the cap is still 58 and the old gold system is still in place. 800k old gold is 80 new gold.
I found them easy to solo as an archer. Only real chance it has of killing you as ranged is when it walks towards you quickly and causes you to flinch. Then it has a good chance of killing you, which it did for me on two occasions.
