I'll get it eventually but not sold on a day 1. To be honest, it reminds me of the crappy licensed SNES games we used to get.

The SNES version of T2 was definitely crappy.

This game to me looks more in line with something like Robocop vs Terminator( Genesis version)

or The Terminator( Sega CD)

both of which are IMO awesome.

I'm interested enough to get it, just probably sometime next year. Something about it just reminds me of old licensed games, and I think that was kind of the idea. Do something similar to that, but do it right.

Hey as long as it isnt at all like the true garbage NES Terminator 2 I'll be happy. I put it up there with stuff like Bayou Billy as some of the most bullshitty difficult games ever.

Oh god I remember that turd. Never made it past the bike stage which was, what, the 2nd level? I bought that and NES Total Recall both due to being a big fan of the films and Arnold, and talk about wasted money. And to think the number of lawns I cut back then to spend it on shit like that....

I got this like every other 8 year old at the time. I couldn't convince myself it was good even then. Borderline impossible. God bless game genie.

I don't know anyone that ever legit made it through the bike level. I had the issue of Nintendo Power that covered it at the time and I remember even the magazine was like "Hey this part is fucked. Good luck."

Hopefully if it does well we get a redo of robocop vs terminator or make that the 3rd game and do robocop as the sequel.
