Y'know I started checking some wiki pages about black Egyptians and whatnot. We talk about "evidence" of Egyptians being black, but aren't the depictions we see just Nunians and Kushites, who over the centuries rivaled Egypt, adopted their culture, and actually conquered Egypt a couple times? It doesn't seem like that much of a mystery. Some of the Pharaohs were simply of Nubian/Kushite descent.

I'm doing better thanks for asking.

I think it was the flu (I don't know since I never was diagnosed with it before), lasted 7 days exact. Throughout that week I would walk and start feeling myself lean. Almost fell of my railing near my bed multiple times. The nights were the worse; it felt like the Earth was spinning and that I would never fall asleep.

I think I'm all well now. Hit the gym hard today to test how my body felt and I hit a bench PR.

The last time I felt that bad I was in elementary school and my grandmother put vicks vapor rub under my tongue and chopped onions on my chest. lol I don't know why she just didn't take me to the doctor's office
