You mean Fruit Punch flavor?

I got a PPL2x/week (6 days a week) workout right now.

I did a 5 day/week split before but I want to hit deadlifts on days without squats now. ;)

I prefer the classic blue that changes from blue to green. The one from the commercials with the octopus.

I've been doing 5 days a week. I do full body each time, but I mix up all of the exercised to allow groups to rest. I've gained like 20 lbs since the summer and my arms have gained 1.5". I'm pleased

Increase cardio and do high rep exercises. You will likely increase muscle which will make you feel like you haven't lost any weight, but your bmi and body fat levels will show your progress.

Low weight high reps. I've always heard this but when I'm actually doing it I feel like I'm not accomplishing anything. Could I possibly be dropping to much?

And suggestions on someone trying to cut lbs?

Besides stop eating -____-

If you are working out already start tracking your lifts in like a mobile google excel sheet or apple notes. This will help you go up in weight by being comfortable knowing your limits.

One week you might kill it with low weight curls and do 3 set, but next week you might only do 2 sets of high reps. You know you can do 3 but you don't have something tracking that.

When I do low weight, I do burnouts. Sometimes as many as 40 reps. I prefer a weight that I can only do 25-30 reps for high reps though. The burn towards the end says it all. Plus you'll love the endurance and strength you gain from it

I need to get into deadlifts. I do them off and on. I want to bench 300 before the end of 2017

I hated deadlifts (conventional) until I switched to sumo this week (and I did some lower weight the week prior that is in a separate excel sheet). Honestly it feels so much better for me. I have to do them barefoot since I don't have flat shoes at the moment.

Best of luck with that goal, are you hoping to do 300 for 1 rep or multiple? Regardless, that sounds beastly.

I'm hoping to increase my body weight to 185 by the end of 2017. It is so hard for me to gain and maintain weight.

I started out at 140 on September 30. I'm now 159. My weight always goes up and down though. It stays up when I work out and eat. I shed weight pretty fast though.

I'll look into the sumo deadlifts. Might be what I need to do.

I want to do 300 once. The most I've ever done is 265 and that was a year ago. I believe I can do more. I'm trying to build endurance up with 225. Currently doing 6-8 in a set for 6 sets. Once I get to 10 reps, I'll start the process all over again at 235. I figure my workout weight would be cross over 260 by June. Once I'm at that, I know I'm able to hit 300 easy

Stay safe DMV. And any other icy region. I've been saying for a decade, 'that's fake things don't crash and explode immediately.'

Welp, i was wrong. That tanker dude. Rip.

I used to use my fitness pal but for some reason when I switched phones everything went to shit. Might do this again soon.

Going to take some things from this

I've found these to be a more preferred method as well when I have done deadlifts. I don't like doing them in either form but find they are a good workout to do.

I'm currently hovering at 190lbs and honestly want to get down to 165-170. I just can't seem to cut anything. I'm in a tough bind where i'm in a good shape but def want to trim the fat out and cut up. I just keep adding mass though.

Some workouts on my excel sheet might need days of practicing form and of course weight that you feel comfortable lifting.

Do you currently have a workout plan or do you just go in the gym and do whatever you feel like doing at the moment?

Feel free to cut or use any workouts I have in my sheet--I found great success with them and they target my body in ways that I want, YMMV.

Like I said before, I had that app which had set workouts and records. Since it went to shit however i've just been keeping the same rotations of which muscles to work on which days. So it's sort of a mix of both. I know Tuesday is chest, so i'll just do whatever I can remember to do for that, and so on. I'm probably going to stop being lazy and set everything up properly. As you and Crimson have mentioned sticking to a formula and tracking is very beneficial to reaching goals.

Well you got this man. I would love to hear about your 2017 fitness journey. Sharing and having people that talk about fitness with you is what helped me really start being serious about my fitness.

If you were in DC I would invite you to workout with me
as long as you could get to the gym by 5am

Thanks for all the info, and slight kick in the right direction. I'd be happy to keep you posted, and at least I know I can hit you up for some pointers.
