To elaborate on what is going on in this animation: The guy with the hair is named Chronos, who has the power of chronokinesis, the ability to manipulate time. He is a character created by the animator Jomm for a ongoing tournament between animators and artists alike called Dojo Duels where two opponents take part in a "fight". This "fight" is the animators or artist depicting their character defeating their opponent and the fights are judged based on style, flash, animation etc. Whichever fight is better wins. And like I said earlier, you don't need to be an animator, you can draw an comic with your character against the opponent.
And you know what...? I want in. I may not be a good artist now or not know a thing about animation now, but when I do, I'll be lined up first thing to join the Duels. It could be fun.
