Good morning all. I knocked out chest day in the gym. Surprisingly not a lot of people was there today. I spent around ~$150 last night restocking my supplements on Amazon.
I only drink hard Cider now, when I do drink which is like once every other month. The first time I had alcohol it was Burnett's Vodka so I have a love and respect for vodka (getting turnt on some cheap vodka in college).

New videos in the collegiate gymnastics channel, watching these women getting praise on what looks like bad landings in the Vault. One stuck her landing with her feet like 9999 yards apart but commentators saying "you can't get a better landing than that"

I showed PPG to my BFF and found out that there was maybe only one or two episodes I hadn't seen on Cartoon Network as a kid.

Bruuuuh. It's painful, but there are tricks to make your hefty purchase last much longer. Like my multivitamins are suppose to be a serving of 3 pills, but people really only need to take 2 pills to get the benefits of it.
Also for protein shake you should combine other stuff in it to make it heftier instead of using two servings.
I would say there is no real need. People take multivitamin for non-fitness related stuff though (just general wellness).
I remember in college I bought a pack of supplement and spent around 250. At the end of the school year (8 months) I still wasn't done with supplements that should have only lasted me 2 months.
